It was a lovely little hotel, we only stayed there for 1 day.

the beds were pretty hard and not the most comfortable but it was fine for the one night we stayed there.

The room was very clean and pretty spacious for what we expected. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our flight got cancelled and it was pretty close to the airport so that was nice. Check out was at 10am but there was an option for our luggage to stay at Buono, so we wouldn’t have to carry it around the whole day waiting for our next flight.

If you doe not order a higher category you will get a room in the dungeon. There are no standard windows. In order to the high category everything is fine

The water temperature in the shower kept changing without moving the handle.

The staff were super lovely and flexible with arrival time. Room was superb with marble floor, high ceilings and was very clean too. Good sized room with plenty of space. Slightly out of the way but an easy 5 minute walk to the bus stop.

The fact that the code was provided by the reception staff and that code gave direct access to the room made us a little unsafe. We suggest that the code to be delivered to the client through an application and in this case the client and only him to know it.

The staff was very kind and very helpful. Professional and nice. The apartment was very clean. We had everything we needed for the night!

The Exit door from lift blocked by a car so had to drag luggage down 2 flights of stairs. Neighbourhood a bit dodgy.

Your accommodation is best described as an oasis or palace in the middle of a-war zone. The location Is atrocious.

You are called a bed and breakfast even ask us to rate the breakfast but don’t offer breakfast?? Martina your receptionist was brilliant very patient and very kind.

Romm was pretty cold - had to use some heating to bring it fine. Kitchen very good but missing some tools - no keetle, would be great to prepare tea or coffe..but maybe next time :)

While the hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport, it's far from the central of naples (ie: markets, pizza places). You will need to get a taxi or walk about 30-40minutes.

Room with tiny window. No option for getting a snack except for a limited vending machine. The solarium could be more arranged, just a couple of garden sits and a table. It’s a nice area ideal for chilling while closing the day.

Checkin time at 14:30... we had to wait for hours before we could access the property. After leaving the airport we were tired, with luggage and so on...

We rented the 4-person accomodation, incl. kitchen. Upon arrival, we saw a lot of mold in both rooms and ceilings that were falling off. On top of that, they told us that the usage of the kitchen would cost €100 for 2 nights. (even though it's included in our booking, welcome to Italy :). We contacted Booking, which did a great job in arranging a solution. We opted to stay in this B&B for practical reasons, and received two seperate 2-person rooms. These were maintained better than the 4-person room. Be prepared to hear airplanes very loud from 6h30 in the morning, until 22h30 in the evening. And to have no hot water in the morning. Oh, and the owner lives just next door but pretends to be a guest. He lets the (very good by the way) receptionist do his dirty work. (arrange extra fees, handle the complaints,...)

This accomodation has potential, if it would be handled by a professional host.

The worst experience we have ever had. We had a flight at 4 am, so we asked the woman in the reception to arrange a taxi for us. We have been waiting for the taxi in the street, in the middle of the night, and it never arrived. The b&b is located nowhere, and it was the middle of the night, so no way to catch a taxi on the street and Uber is not working is this area. In addition, the accommodation is very poor, no window in the room and the shower is awful. Not value for money at all, but the most important think is the poorly service and the bad experience we had of being stack with no contact person in the middle of the night when we have a flight to catch. Highly recommend not to go there!!!!!! Stay away!

You have to walk or taxi to a place to eat lunch and dinner. That was not a problem for our group but it is a consideration for your stay.

This is a very nice hotel and I would stay there again. It is difficult to locate by car so if you are staying there to be close to the airport to catch a flight, I would recommend arriving and departing by taxi which is very convenient. There is a very clean and very private patio where you can sit and wait for your room to be available.

No amenities whatsoever. No water, coffee, tea or means to make them in the room. 15 minute walk from any eatery or store.
