We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Netherlandsthe beds were pretty hard and not the most comfortable but it was fine for the one night we stayed there.
The room was very clean and pretty spacious for what we expected. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our flight got cancelled and it was pretty close to the airport so that was nice. Check out was at 10am but there was an option for our luggage to stay at Buono, so we wouldn’t have to carry it around the whole day waiting for our next flight.

The staff were super lovely and flexible with arrival time. Room was superb with marble floor, high ceilings and was very clean too. Good sized room with plenty of space. Slightly out of the way but an easy 5 minute walk to the bus stop.

RomaniaThe fact that the code was provided by the reception staff and that code gave direct access to the room made us a little unsafe. We suggest that the code to be delivered to the client through an application and in this case the client and only him to know it.
The staff was very kind and very helpful. Professional and nice. The apartment was very clean. We had everything we needed for the night!

BelgiumWe rented the 4-person accomodation, incl. kitchen. Upon arrival, we saw a lot of mold in both rooms and ceilings that were falling off. On top of that, they told us that the usage of the kitchen would cost €100 for 2 nights. (even though it's included in our booking, welcome to Italy :). We contacted Booking, which did a great job in arranging a solution. We opted to stay in this B&B for practical reasons, and received two seperate 2-person rooms. These were maintained better than the 4-person room. Be prepared to hear airplanes very loud from 6h30 in the morning, until 22h30 in the evening. And to have no hot water in the morning. Oh, and the owner lives just next door but pretends to be a guest. He lets the (very good by the way) receptionist do his dirty work. (arrange extra fees, handle the complaints,...)
This accomodation has potential, if it would be handled by a professional host.

IsraelThe worst experience we have ever had. We had a flight at 4 am, so we asked the woman in the reception to arrange a taxi for us. We have been waiting for the taxi in the street, in the middle of the night, and it never arrived. The b&b is located nowhere, and it was the middle of the night, so no way to catch a taxi on the street and Uber is not working is this area. In addition, the accommodation is very poor, no window in the room and the shower is awful. Not value for money at all, but the most important think is the poorly service and the bad experience we had of being stack with no contact person in the middle of the night when we have a flight to catch. Highly recommend not to go there!!!!!! Stay away!

United StatesYou have to walk or taxi to a place to eat lunch and dinner. That was not a problem for our group but it is a consideration for your stay.
This is a very nice hotel and I would stay there again. It is difficult to locate by car so if you are staying there to be close to the airport to catch a flight, I would recommend arriving and departing by taxi which is very convenient. There is a very clean and very private patio where you can sit and wait for your room to be available.
