Good location for visiting Mondello! The room was very clean and comfortable. Francesco, the host, was very kind, helpful and really friendly. The breakfast was good. For our next time in Mondello we would definitely book the same room!

The location was great. 609 Mrs yo the beach and bus for Palermo was easy. Parking on property was a bonus and the hosts were brilliant

Excellent location at walking distance from the beach. It is a residential gated area with private parking area. You feel like in the village and the hosts are your neighbours, they will prepare you a delicious breakfast and make you feel at home. The common area has kitchen, coffee, tea, boiler, etc. Mosquitoes are a bit annoying if your room is on the lower floors. There were repellent products available, though.

Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was keeping it super clean every day, above expectations. Simple and very tasty breakfast and coffee. Very quite and friendly place. Parking behind closed gates.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The host was incredibly helpful and even drove us to the train station, which made our trip much easier. The place itself was amazing, very clean, and had a lovely small terrace where we could relax. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh and tasty options. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

The bathroom didnt have proper ventilation so the room was quite wet after we showered.

A bit of a weird set up as it was under an apartment block and not very obvious signage.

The room was really clean and value for money and the owner was really courteous and friendly! 10min walk to the beach!

I loved the relaxed atmosphere at this pretty little b&b so close to the mondello center. It was very comfortable for my working vacation. Very close to restaurants and markets. Morning cappuccinos were excellent. My room had its own private patio, and there are some nice shared spaces too.

I was literally only there for a sleep - I arrived at Tuesday 11pm and out by Wednesday 11am because i decided to come to Mondello a day early. The gentleman that owns the place greeted me so late and even drove me to the club at 11.30pm to meet my friends since I had no idea where I was going. Easy to come and go and felt safe. Had a small personal outdoor space connected to the room to chill too.Bathroom was good and the bed was very comfy! It is generally basic, but for a few days stay I would recommend. I had to shoot off in the morning but he insisted I stay for breakfast.

As a driver difficult to find the way there through the one way streets

breakfast in the patio and the distance to the beach (not too close or too far) are just amazing. the stuffed croissants are delicious. the hostess is super friendly. we were able to store our luggage and freshen up in a empty room and received the keys to our room before we headed out. even though the hostess barely speaks English she did her best to make us feel welcome and to be understood

The room was in a former garage/basement, so phone data and wifi were equally horrible, connection was near impossible. The room is humid and warm, so there were a lot of mosquitos inside the room all the time. The area is not as close as it seems to the beach (15 min walk through a street badly lit at night). Hosts were nice but communication in English was almost impossible.

The room is quiet and comfortable, the breakfast is complete, and the hosts were nice throughout the stay. The area is quiet and there is plenty of space to park a car inside.
