very helpful and friendly staff, lovely property full of character with a comfortable waiting area, excellent value for money and in a very central location for sightseeing and eating/drinking. Clean and comfortable room.

I couldn't control the air conditioning so found it a bit warm overnight - otherwise everything else was great.

Central, nice stuff.

Bed next to door and it is wrong design.

Difficult to drive the car to

I liked the location and the cleanliness.

Although he liked the location for the sights nearby, it does get very noisy every night with bars around and in the morning when glass bottles are collected.

Great location. A 10-minute walk from the Goito parking (be careful - very tight entrance, you will need to fold the external mirrors to avoid scratches!). Reasonably priced. Small yet clean room, havevy old-school key tag. Basic breakfast. Stylish interior.

Receptionist should refrain from asking questions "which street did you enter the Goito parking" and issue the limited traffic zone application upfront.

Staff ,lovely,very helpful and location was perfect -close to everything ,breakfast was a bonus .

Bedroom decor

The staff was super helpful. My travel plans were delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were very accommodating, holding my room while I sorted out my travel arrangements. They then helped me check in well after check-in time and ensured I could get to my room without any complications. The rooms were plain, but comfortable, secure, and quiet, exactly what I needed to get some rest before continuing on my journey.

There wasn't much of a view from my window (it was underneath a balcony across from another building in the alley), but I wasn't planning on staying in the room except to sleep, for which it was great bc it was very dark and cool.

The hotel is in the heart of the city and location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and it seemed like they all really cared about the place. The room was very clean, aircon worked and everything just worked. Breakfast was great and had a good selection.

The decor of the main lobby and restaurant was a modern nod to the original art nouveau style of the interior. The beds were extremely comfortable, a good size and air conditioned. The price is reasonable and the location central. Dog-friendly too

Whilst the main areas of the hotel looked like they were decorated by a 1920's flapper girl with slightly opulent taste, the room looked like it was decorated by my grandma in the 90's. The comfort of the bed meant this did not matter one bit- we have stayed in much more expensive places and rarely could we say the same (my partner is a picky sleeper). The breakfast was just ok, but we would stay here again regardless as the things to dislike were reflected in the price.

Great location! Air conditioning worked well during a heat wave. Large bathroom and good sized room. Quaint vibe. Didn't try the breakfast bc wasn't included in my rate. Bag storage available!

Some of these older hotels have mold on the tiles in bathroom - doesn't bother me but a detail that could be fixed.

Staff were friendly, is in a nice location - very close to the centre.

The rooms were very old and the air conditioning hardly worked in my room.

Excellent breakfast, perfect location, great play area for the kids and good guest facilities and welcome.

Rooms could do with updating but air con worked fantastically (essential in August) and beds were comfortable. Just a different style!

It really is as cute as a button! Great boutique vibes, excellent breakfast options, straight forward room and very comfortable beds. The a/c works great and the bathroom facilities are all great. An uncomfortable situation was quickly resolved with excellent customer service.

WiFi was spotty and the towel warmer would not work/was leaking and needed repair.

Position is perfect, the employees are nice. The hotel is clean enough

Room had only one window facing an internal balcony. No view to the outside.

Small hotel at a very central location, ideal to discover Parma.

Excellent location in the center of Parma, lots of great things to see, near to shops, restaurants etc. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
