Nothing except that cappucino machine at the breakfast bar could be adjusted not to provide for coffee to the rim of the cup: everybody was struggling to get their coffee to the table without spilling!

The furniture was old. I did not like that they are asking you to sign a privacy permission form. They want to save your data mobile etc. I did not want to sign but they insisted. I signed to avoid more discussion in my holiday.

Corridors and some common areas were a bit worn down.

I booked the Superior King room and it had an amazing view of the pool and lake/mountain panorama. There was free parking. Pool could be used any time even during the night. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options and the staff was super friendly, you could tell they love doing their job. Thea area is very good as it's a short walk from the beautiful lake side, park and great restaurants. Very happy with the value this hotel provided and it exceeded expectations.

We had our room at the second floor room number 22. The shower area has no shower door. Expect the bathroom to be all wet, after having a shower. But the room, since it’s located in the corner side of the building, you have an amazing view of the mountain and lake plus the pool area.

The staffs are very efficient, friendly, humble and always has the attitude of delivering the clients request. Even their concierge dog, Blake -is so friendly ❤️❤️❤️ They have a restaurant, and it’s a must thing to try. The food are so delicious at a very reasonable price. They even gave us 30%discount due from their soft opening and the next night a whopping 50% discount during Easter holiday. Ample place for parking.

Hotel is 35 minutes drive from Lugano. Its Italian part of the lake. Its not a Swiss part. There is almost nothing to do in this area. Hotel is very modest

Not a very smooth check-in process and a lack of communication. A few times I was confused about what was going on, and what should I do: leave, wait, or help with the process. The conditioner didn't work in the room, we had to sleep with an open window, and there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night by ... not sure... sounded like someone was throwing a lot of empty glass bottles. Barely working WiFi

Great breakfast, fresh/tasty food, not much choice, but you can find what you like. The place is amazing; it has a lake surrounded by mountains and a beautiful view.

It looked closed when we first approached. Inside is beautiful and clean. Breakfast items like scrambled eggs and croissants were out and not replaces at breakfast even though it was on for another 45 minutes.

Hotel is not too modern / some investment could be done. Some facilities not open, like restaurant and gym. Gym was announced as available before booking to us and 1 week before arrival it was “in renovation”, which caused frustration, because missing support of any alternative. Still no support or answer to clarify this neither from Booking.com nor from Hotel staff. No exchange of towels for 7 nights for us unfortunately. Breakfast better than expected, but not filled up very much.

Great hotel and location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast with good variation. More than enough parking space. For given budget (ca. 980 EUR for 7 nights incl. breakfast) it was wonderful.
