Location and cleanliness

Everything was great in the flat, recently renovated, very comfortable, high quality with eye for detail. Also very good equiped kitchen and just around the corner from shops and bars.

The noise we could hear from the AC / heating system that was outside the flat. With windows closed it was Ok. We were on the ground floor apartment.

I like this apartment a lots Location is great inside the House is excellent clean and comfortable.

Rubbish bins is so confusing and can't control a heating or cooling system .that's very sad? Bathroom is good but Shower is too small.

Everything is new. Nice shower and bathroom. The amenities are excellent and the property was spotless. The sheets were fresh and smelled wonderfully clean. Water in fridge upon arrival and welcome gift with coffee pods. Very nice!

The mattress was hard for my taste, a topper would have been a nice touch and a doorchain as there isn't a proper door key but it's all automatic with an app to open the door. Overall the apartment is very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Everything was in good order, clean and comfortable..The exchanges with the administrator went very well. We also received clear instructions on how to access the property, which has a very modern keyless, secure system. The property is located in the centre of Gavirate, conveniently located to access public transport. The train station is some 300 metres away, offering easy connections to other towns and places like Laveno, lake Maggiore, Varese and Milano. We didn't bring the car this time but we saw that parking was available behind the property. We also saw an electric charger for cars there. We were satisfied and happy with our choice and will probably book it again when we come back.

Beautiful place, very clean and modern. Had cooking and washing facilities available. Staff were very helpful when I asked questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Found it very difficult to initially access/ locate room when arriving because you have to use an app to unlock each door and I wasn’t sure if I was in the right spot most the time. I had to Google translate the app to know what I was doing. Once you get in, you get an access card which then makes it so much easier.

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities. Host was very accomodating when we could not get in.

I really appreciate the cleanliness of the apartment. It was spotless. The bed was firm, the pillows and towers were comfortable and laundry fresh. Apartment size was spacious, airy and bright. Love the simple decoration and colors of the apartment. Bathroom is bright and dries quickly because of the natural ventilation from the window. The kitchen is spotless and very clean. The parking lot is great - it is private and we felt safe. We appreciate the app that manages the keys to the apartment and gates. Location is great - walking distance to a supermarket, a few restaurants and the lake nearby. The hostess was kind enough to prepare a few recommendations of the local attractions nearby, which we took and it turned out to be great!

The apartment (Pinta D'ora) is on the ground floor, with the main windows facing the street. It gets noisy with traffic sounds. Every so often you'd hear a loud droning sound from a giant compressor of some sort right next to the window, even during sleeping hours. The bathroom shower stall is incredibly tiny, with no ledge to place soap bottles. The only place you can place your bottles are on the floor. The parking lot to the main door is quite a distance. You'd need to take a few steps uphill - so if you have heavy bags it is quite a challenge. We managed the issue by leaving the bags at the front side gate before driving the car in - but if it rains it is extremely challenging. Happened to us when we left for the airport on the last day. You and your bags will be wet when you load up the bags into the car. There is not enough recycling bins in the apartment. There is only one bin under the kitchen sink which we assumed is for general waste?? All the others (paper, glass, plastic) has to be taken to the common recycling area which is in the carpark area which again - it is a long way from the apartment. It is fine on sunny days but if you have to close up the apartment and it is raining at that point in time, it is incredibly stressful.

A modern and stylish apartment in an historic building.

The electronic entry system was unusual at first but worked well once we were in the apartment.

An immaculate property! Beautifully and tastefully restored historical building. The apartment has every modern convenience. A home away from home. We will be returning for another visit. The owner was always available to answer any questions.

The doors were all controlled by electronic entry so we were confused at first! Eventually, it was very easy to use.
