The management team was very professional and thoughtful and even booked a water taxi for us. Gabriel was excellent and the location was convenient to everything. The location was also very nicely updated inside and felt so clean and modern. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great communication with the hosts, who have arranged the transport close to the appartment for us, it would have been hard to find otherwise. Very friendly staff, and fantastic appartment, very modern and comfortable, we didn't miss anything.

It was clean and large enough to accommodate 6 people. The two bathrooms were wonderful. It was also conveniently located.

Great location and I love the bakery downstairs every time I walk down to get my morning coffee I was greeted with the nice smell of them, baking fresh pastries in the morning.

I only have a couple of things I would make a suggestion on .I would like to have more towels also we only had a cover sheet. Sometimes I got a little cold. I would’ve preferred to have something else to cover myself with.

The apartment is very well located. It's the 3rd floor on top of a bakery that gives you a constant wonderful smell each time you go up (so you are always happy on your way in!). The apartment is beautiful! It's like living in a storybook, it's ceiling beams in wood, the carefully selected decoration mixes the modern with the nostalgic Venice. It has a super cute terrace that my kids used to stay up until late and read under the Venetian sky (unforgettable)! The location is super close to everything. A few minutes walking to docks and Plaza San Marco. Few steps to restaurants and mini stores. We arrived after having our flights cancelled 2 times by our airline and then having our luggage lost. Our host was very cosiderate and kind. He showed us around to mini stores and a laundry (even though the apartment had a washing machine, we were a family of 6 that needed our clothing fast). He was kind enough to receive our luggage when the airline sent it because we were on a tour. Our trip included several countries and even with all these alterations on our trip, we can say Venice was the highlight of our trip thanks to the kindness of our host and the great place we stayed in!

New, clean, functional, large, comfortable, and Antonello went above and beyond to get us, explain things, and gave us detailed information for transportation and check in check out instructions. So convenient to everything and has a secret terrace (photos of view attached). Will definitely stay again.

Ideal living in Venice. Great location. Very clean. It have everything that you need. Great host. Everything was ideal.

Great central location. Also it was above a bakery and coffee bar which were both great. There were 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our charming host Antonello was there to let us in even though we didn’t arrive until nearly midnight.

Can’t really think of anything although I always like to bring my own pillow but that’s the case even in a 5star hotel!

Amazing location! Alessandro was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. We had so much space for a family of 5 and were close to everything - we felt like we lived in Venice (if only for a few days!)

This exception apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and finished to the highest standard with everything you could possibly need and more, yet still preserving all the traditional charm of and era gone by and staying true to Venice. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. The bedrooms are huge. All beds were extremely comfortable. Both bathrooms were beautiful. The terrace balcony on the top floor was gorgeous. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Our host was amazing and very helpful with booking private water taxi from the airport and giving detailed information about our stay. Perfect location! The location could not have been better. Everything was within easy walking distance. There is also a beautiful bakery / coffee shop right next to the front door. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again for our next trip to Venice.

The host met us on the street, anticipating that we may have difficulty locating the door and concerned that we had bags and other things. He spent a lot of his time helping us settle into the apartment and provided some restaurant recommendations. Overall, the handover couldn't have gone better. The apartment itself is well-appointed, clean and spacious. The location is perfect for touring Venice while still retaining the possibility to pop back to the flat in the afternoon. And don't miss the bakery next door -- everything we had there was delicious.

The apartment is located on the top two floors of an older property. The stairs are steep and irregular, which can be a challenge for older visitors with mobility issues. The host informed me prior to renting that there were stairs, however, I didn't realize they would be so challenging. Just be sure before booking that everyone in your party can manage steep stairs.
