Sound proofing is not very good. You can hear conversation, steps and some other things from the next room.

The property was very clean and modern. It was great to have a mini fridge and our room was very spacious and well laid out for 3 people. We loved that it had air con. It was as in a very quiet area and we felt safe and comfortable. We liked that we could have a table and chairs downstairs to have our take away pizza. We had breakfast twice which we thoroughly enjoyed. The scrambled eggs were the best I’ve ever had and we loved the fresh fruit and fresh juice. The gluten free person was extremely well catered for which we very much appreciated. It was the only place during our trip where I was able to order a pot of tea with lots of milk, just the way I like it, this was a highlight! 😂 Fabio and his mum were excellent hosts and just so lovely, we can’t recommend them enough! They took all the stress out of our trip to Maranello and I don’t know what we would have done without Fabio’s help. The lady doing the cleaning was just as lovely and helpful when I locked myself out of our room twice.

We had a fantastic stay! The whole property was beautifully designed, with a unique Formula 1 theme that added an additional atmosphere since we’re about to visit Formula 1 race and our room also had thoughtful touch, every detail reflected the character of the track it was named after. The interior was stylish, comfortable, and clearly created with care. The breakfast was really delicious and the entire atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the owner was especially kind and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, personality, and great hospitality!

The room was surprisingly large. Overall Ca’ Pradini is amazing! Fabio and Manuela were absolutely amazing! Very passionate about taking care of their guests! And the villa is beautiful and exceeded our expectations in every way! Can’t wait to stay here again on a future trip!

Beautiful private, gated,secure parking and entrance. Manicured garden space indoor and out. WiFi dependable and all touch enabled entrance and light controls. Option to have breakfast,but we needed to get on the road to our next destination. If you are staying in Maranello this B&B should be your first choice!

Many stairs, would be difficult for anyone unable to do stairs.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The room was big enough with all the amenities needed for the best experience (desk, big bathroom, TV, excellent Internet, parking inside the hotel, huge garden, breakfast, coffee machine, black out curtain). I would have loved to stay longer, since the breakfast was truly delicious and the attention of everyone was exceptional.

The hotel was fantastic! I highly recommend this place. Fabio is amazing to deal with and compliments to Excellent decor. Manuela is the sweetest lady to deal with and cooks an excellent breakfast. Her crew keeps the place spotless. Location is the best as you are in Walking distance to the Ferrari factory and museum. Thanks Fabio and Manuela =)

Great location to walk to the museum, quiet residential area. Property and gardens are beautiful and secure private parking. Rooms are very tastefully furnished.

The entry code to get into parking didn’t work. Whether it was the wrong code or it just didn’t work in the rain. We messaged property & had to call in the end. They opened remotely and had told us where to find our key. So it was ok but a shame not to have any interaction with the owners for a friendly personal welcome. Maybe it was because it was a Sunday afternoon and that’s not the norm. I guess it’s great that they can prepare everything without having to be there. And they did answer any questions I had via booking . Com app but you miss that interaction with locals.
