The room was very spacious, with a large bathroom and everything perfectly clean. We appreciated the smart TV, as well as the fridge, coffee machine, microwave, and hairdryer – everything we needed was there. The host sent very clear instructions for the self check-in, which made the arrival smooth and easy.

The only downside was the noise from the hallway, but that's more about the behavior of other guests. Also, the outdoor areas of the building were quite unpleasant – however, renovation is currently underway, and once it's finished, the building will look great.

Room is clean, modern and excellent aircon. Bathroom has everything you need.

Extremely difficult to find the property (photos sent were of the entrance which is not visible to the street. I had to walk around with a heavy bag late at night trying to find it. Then when I got to my room, although I retrieved the key in the lock box easily (after realising which room was mine as the only one with no number on the lockbox!) the door was very difficult to unlock. Also, there is a coffee machine but no coffee pods. No tea or anything but one small bottle of water.

Really nice and modern apartment, clean and spacious. Upon approach, the building looks rough, but once inside it's a different story. Very close to the city center.

Stunning apartment, very clean, new, modern and spacious. Super comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, nice light features in the whole apartment. Code protected, secure entrance to the building and hallway.

Lengthy online check in method in order to receive a code to already paid for apartment. It required to input, name, nationality, document number, place of issue, DOB, POB, address, 2 photos of passport, selfie. For 5 people, with poor internet access it took us some time and effort. I felt we needed to do the admin work for the owner, other places just requested photo of the passport and did the admin work themselves.

Terrible first impression. A lovely room in a run down district. Litter. Building works. Apartment block looked awful. A hassle with door codes & access to start with. Grotty entrance, lift, stairs. Then a 1sr floor oasis! Total refurb on just this floor. Big room. V quiet. Clean. Comfy big bed.

Very tastefully decorated and modern room close to the centre of Oristano. The room was also very spacious and the price offered superb value for money.

The exterior of the (1970s?) block where the accommodation is hosted is in a poor state, with abandoned scaffolding and barriers, and a dilapidated garden. Nevertheless once you step into the room all that is forgotten!

Place was a perfect all round.. Cleaner ( happened to be on site) was very supportive and allowed us to drop our bags there.. Remote check in was also very smooth with the ability to swap to another room..

The neighbour hood is really in need of an upgrade..

Modern and clean accommodation. A great surprise, with attention to detail and amenities. Easy check-in and check-out process. The bed is incredibly comfortable!

No dislikes. The parking in front is public and paid between 9h-20h but was not a problem.

The room was new and comfortable. The communication via WA was uncomplicated. In any case, you shouldn't be deterred by the external appearance of the house. There are enough parking spaces in front of the building, but they are not for free.

The location was amazing, you can easily walk to town centre. Room was clean, very beautiful and spacious. Check in was easy and quick. We had very lovely stay.

Room was great. Staff was professional. Location was great and there was underground parking right next to it.

Outside of building was nit nice. Having to check out at 10 am is inconvenient

It was a very nice room, The check in was easy and it was close to The center of The town. I would highly recommend it. Especially great for young people, like us.
