The only downside was the noise from the hallway, but that's more about the behavior of other guests. Also, the outdoor areas of the building were quite unpleasant – however, renovation is currently underway, and once it's finished, the building will look great.

The room was very spacious, with a large bathroom and everything perfectly clean. We appreciated the smart TV, as well as the fridge, coffee machine, microwave, and hairdryer – everything we needed was there. The host sent very clear instructions for the self check-in, which made the arrival smooth and easy.

Really nice and modern apartment, clean and spacious. Upon approach, the building looks rough, but once inside it's a different story. Very close to the city center.

Lengthy online check in method in order to receive a code to already paid for apartment. It required to input, name, nationality, document number, place of issue, DOB, POB, address, 2 photos of passport, selfie. For 5 people, with poor internet access it took us some time and effort. I felt we needed to do the admin work for the owner, other places just requested photo of the passport and did the admin work themselves.

Stunning apartment, very clean, new, modern and spacious. Super comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, nice light features in the whole apartment. Code protected, secure entrance to the building and hallway.

The neighbour hood is really in need of an upgrade..

Place was a perfect all round.. Cleaner ( happened to be on site) was very supportive and allowed us to drop our bags there.. Remote check in was also very smooth with the ability to swap to another room..

The room was new and comfortable. The communication via WA was uncomplicated. In any case, you shouldn't be deterred by the external appearance of the house. There are enough parking spaces in front of the building, but they are not for free.

As it was self check-in . The details provided was clear. The initial impression of the outside building area was a bit disconcerting as there were construction all around. However, we were very happy once we got into our suites. They were modern, spacious and comfortable. We booked one suite that is a bit larger has a living room space . Nice layout. We had an unforeseen issue that occurred during our stay however , the management team was amazing! They made sure to be in full communication, help sort out the issue asap. They were most hospitable and kind. Nice to see :) We certainly recommend their properties under the care of this management team! THanks!!

The outside look. Looked like an abandoned eRthquake building. Concrete pieces missing scaffold everywhere. Was going to cancel but once we entered building place wS fantastic. Found a couple bars and a cute cafe around corner with homemade pasta. Yum. Barquatrromori xoxo

The area is quite run down (but we didn't feel threatened).

Despite being in a scruffy area the rooms were beautiful. They were really well appointed, large, fresh and great shower. The area was just a 10 minute walk from the old town so location is good too. We didn't meet any staff but they were very responsive and quick to answer whatsapps. We enjoyed out stay

The building from the outside looks like a slum neighborhood, and neglected. Once you reach the entrance and the elevator it improves, and when you get to the floor where the rooms are the atmosphere changes and becomes welcoming, and relaxing. The old town is about 5 min walk, which was ok for us, but again the neighborhood and surrounding buildings are not very welcoming.

The room itself was fantastic. one of the best we've stayed in. Large, clean, comfortable bed, good wifi, excellent shower. quiet. free parking right outside the building.
