I didn’t like that I booked a triple room which is more expensive then a double room because we were three and then they try to charge me again for the third person claiming I didn’t mention it when booking. When I did. But regardless of mention or not the third person, I paid for a triple room which again is more expensive than a single room. Feels like they want to double dip. They tried to charge me additional for my 8 year old when checking out but then I said I had paid for a triple room and handed over three passports when checking in. I noticed This practice not only happened at this hotel but at others. You either charge per person or per room but you can’t have them both. That’s ripping off the public.

The room was small but had everything we needed. And was close to the beach. Beds were comfortable and had a nice balcony. Breakfast was great.

The second evening we dined there they allocated us a table inside rather than on the terrace. The very rude manager said the terrace was reserved for guests who dined regularly with them. This wasn't an issue on our first evening and we dined with them 2 out of our 3 night stay. This wouldn't have been a problem if the inside dining area had better ambience - too bright and uninviting. This could easily be resolved with dimmable lighting, candles on tables and and definitely better music!

Beautiful pool and setting. Great breakfasts. We had dinner too a couple of nights, as its a bit of a trek into town especially when so hot - the food was OK but its a set menu with no choice.

Very good rich breakfast. The pool which we did not expect at all was huge and the pool bar was a wonderful place to relax. This was our base camp for exploring Asinara and for that purpose it was ideal.

There were mosquitos in the room and the bedding smelled somewhat musty. Unusually hard beds (I did not mind but my child complained).

Great pool and lovely friendly people at the bar, also generally the staff were very nice. The buffet breakfast was excellent, very wide choices and plentiful. Quiet area, not in the main part of town.

Property was amazing, outdoor pool area was perfect with plenty of loungers and a cool cocktail/drink bar. Staff were super friendly and spoke good English. Great location, 10 minute walk into Stintino town. Free parking on site. Lastly, best breakfast buffet ever, soo many great options (eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, fruits, cakes, yogurts, granola). The photos don’t do this place justice.

We spent only one night for a quick stop and overall was a great experience. Beautiful view from the room, clean and fantastic breeze from the sea. Fresh croissants for breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff. Secure and wide parking spaces and great pool for a morning lap

The room could have been more spacious and we were missing a cupboard to put our clothes in. A kettle would be handy.

Very good location, very comfortable beds, staff is amazing. There is a playground for kids which my daughter loved, the pool is also child friendly. Good options at breakfast, I really appreciated plant based milk and vegan croissants. We had one dinner too which was pleasant.

AC started leaking drops of water during the night, we woke up one day and the floor was wet.

Great Hotel very near to the town center and the beach of La Pelosa. Hotel provides a shuttle to the La Pelosa and Gabbiano beaches and is also possible to get tickets to the La Pelosa at the reception. The room is of very good size and confortable. Bathroom is also great. Brilliant breakfast provided.

Didn’t not like this, but room was a little small with bunk bed and double bed, as everything else was excellent it wasn’t an issue and we made it work. There was no glasses/cups in room to be able to enjoy a drink in room. Only thing I didn’t like was the use of single use plastic cups and breakfast for juice, could be a temporary thing, but the eco side of me felt guilty using plastic cups each day for juice.

Amazing view! Great location, just 15min walk into Stintino and close to many gorgeous beaches. Shop 8min walk away. Excellent large pool! Good breakfast with variety of options. Super friendly and helpful staff. We loved it!

Very helpful, efficient and kind staff. They really make an effort to make you happy. When we mentioned that we were going for an excursion after checking out, they gave us parking advice, offered to keep our luggage safe and to let us use the pool shower facilities when back. Their standard rate for buffet dinner is 35 euros, which is perhaps a bit high, but we got a deal with the room which made it much more affordable and a good deal. The buffet choice for both breakfast and dinner is vast and the quality is good. Not like going to a traditional restaurant, but very acceptable. The waiters and maitre were all very welcoming. Lots of comfortable sofas spread around the hotel for groups and families to spend time together. Clean swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable, inclusive of complimentary shower soap and hairdryer. There are tennis courts and the equipment is provided. At 60 per person in high season, it was a really good deal.

Not much. Breakfast has quite a few choices but many things tend to finish quite early on and they are not always refilled. The first day we arrived at 9:15 and there were no sweet options apart from croissants and bread and jam (all the home made cakes were gone). It would be good to have refilled quicker/more often. I'd keep the grass around the play area and the exercise machines a bit cleaner of weeds as there is a lot of land that can be used

Nice surroundings with a large swimming pool, tennis court and 15-min walk to the centre. Comfortable bed and spacious room, with balcony. The staff was polite and helpful. The shuttle to La Pelosa Is also great!

The sheets on the bed was not changed regularly and the air condition had some water leak and mold.
