The owners don't speak even a little bit of English. The toilet didn't flush well and left a bad smell in the bathroom. Owners are preparing breakfast right next to our room and kept shouting a lot during more than an hour. Not a great way to wake up before your alarm clock.

the shower head wouldn’t attach to the wall so had to hold the shower head while trying to wash. a bit tricky in a small shower and something that could have easily been fixed.

Wifi is barely available in my room. Maybe it could be improved. Other than that my stay was amazing.

My room was very big and it had everything to make my stay comfortable. Giuseppe and Gina were so friendly and kind. I stayed 6 nights and all the breakfasts are so fun together. Also the open buffet is really rich for the breakfast. + The center is very close by walking.

The atmosphere of the rooms makes you shiver a little. The room is cold and very old like concrete. The bed trellises and the bedspread were old and torn. There was a lot of hair on it. The wardrobe is a ridiculous wardrobe.breakfast is a complete fiasco. They give a few cakes, no butter, for example, when I asked, they said no.

The location is very nice, it was the only thing that consoled us.

The room itself is pretty basic, but it's a cheap hotel. Entry is a bit complicated using 2 different pin codes, and lots of steps. Parking was (miraculously) ok, as we arrived late evening, doubt if it would be ok in daytime due to narrow street etc. Palermo needs me to help them set up Park & Ride to resolve the nightmare

The breakfast is served the roof with a great view over the city of Palermo. Host very helpful (in italiano)

We're glad that we chose this hotel. Very nice staff, we got big room lot of space with 2 beds ( 1 double, 1 single). The bathroom could be a little bigger but I guess that is imposible and difficult to change :) In room was TV, fridge ( we didn't use), dresser and wardrobe. Additional we had include breakfast. Defenitely I can recommend this place, good value for this price. We spent most time outside so we didn't need 5 star room :)

Perfect location and very good value for money with a majestic roof terrace and very kind staff. We really enjoyed our breakfasts with this beautiful view. I think that even the street noise is much less than in many parts of Palermo that are similarly centrally located.

- The room didnt Look like on the pictures at all! Way lower standard - Check in: you Need WhatsApp to get the code - black mold in the bathroom - old mattress where you can feel everything and meet your partner in the middle... - breakfast is packed in plastik, nothing is fresh inclusive the rotten plums —> Worst Hotel 2022 (and I stay in 200 per year...)

Last minute we were called that our room was not availiable and that we would get an alternative accomodation. This turned out to be a disappointing outdated room without windows 2 streets away from b&b camelot. Our room had no medieval theme :(. The lady who welcomed us did not speak english and asked us to pay 3 times the actual city tax. We were not compensated in any way for all the additional trouble. Breakfast was dissappointing (sugary pastry and nothing fresh. Parking was on the street.

There was airco. The person from the breakfast was kind.

We checked in late (around midnight) and there was a big confusion with the keys and how to get in. We had to wait outside for some time, before some other resident could let us in. Not a pleasant welcome. Otherwise the room was fine.
