Staff very friendly and super responsive. Communication was efficient and instantaneous; asked recommendations about transportation options and places to eat & very helpful. Walking distance from Roma termini station. Perfect for overnight stay in between flights/layover. Room overlooks into interior garden of a cloister with ancient Roman columns.

Apartment was in a building full of character, great location outside the super busy areas but conveniently located close to the train station which made arrival & departure very easy. It’s also easy enough to get anywhere, and easy to get around by bus too when we were too tired to keep walking. Great bed, bathroom and shower were also very good. Allan was amazing with his recommendations and prompt help when needed. We had a small issue with the aircon and Allan promptly fixed it all and was super easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Location was amazing. Easy to walk to many different places including the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Trevi Fountain. Lots of good eating places all around as well as a couple of mini supermarkets just next door. The room was clean and secure and had everything we needed. The price point was fantastic for this part of Rome and the staff supported us with all our questions - they were great 😊

We had a perfect experience at Vincenzo’s place! The view to Michelangelo’s Cloister was amazing and it made the whole experience very peaceful. Both the room and the bathroom were perfectly tidy and Vincenzo welcomed us with some complementary drinks. There’s a little fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle in the room which made it very easy for a late night snack. We definitely want to come back! Thank you for everything!

Lovely, bright, clean room. Coffeemaker, kettle and tea/coffee available was wonderful. Comfortable, big bed. lots of power sockets. Gorgeous view of next door gardens and villa, big windows for nighttime breeze . Unique old-school elevator, 5-10 minutes walk from Rome Termini station. Highly recommend this suite!

nothing to do with the property, but Rome bin collection is Wednesday night with result all bins are sitting out on footpaths and streets in heat all day Wednesday. the smells were disgusting and it was very off-putting no matter where we walked. The smell of urine in the streets is also very pungent. do not go to Rome on a Wednesday!!

Location was close to termini station, with beautiful view from the window. Within walking distance of Trevi fountain, and some great restaurants (La Famiglia) on nearby streets. Bathroom was modern and SPACIOUS. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Coffee maker in the room. Cleaning staff were working hard to get the room ready when we arrived early. We only stayed one night but if staying longer they offered use of a common large fridge in the shared space. Laundromat down the street. Of the 6 places we stayed in Italy, this inexpensive had the best bathroom.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Both the accommodation and the staff were absolutely amazing, both were much better than we would ever expect from any accommodation in Rome. Alan, who welcomed us, was incredibly kind and helpful from the first moment to the last, because even after we checked out, he chatted with us and helped us with our luggage. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rome.
