Perfect place to end our holiday! We loved everything about the place, elegant, clean and quiet. We looked for an accomodation with the “slow living” feeling and it was more than we expected. Anja and Nick are the heart and soul of this piece of heaven, they made us feel like we are family, we enjoyed every story with them, glass of wine and Anja’s perfect dishes. A place to come back for sure!

Our best stay in all of Puglia! We travelled across Puglia for two weeks, and this was by far the best accommodation of our entire trip. The hosts are truly exceptional – warm, welcoming, and incredibly talented. They prepare amazing cocktails and top-quality food, so I highly recommend joining the dinner at the estate – it's an unforgettable experience. The property itself is magical. The pool and tennis court are fantastic – you honestly don’t need anything more. It’s also great that dogs are welcome on the estate, which we really appreciated. Electric car charging is available as well – a big plus! A huge thank you to the hosts for such an outstanding experience.

Fantastic property with very beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Everything is beautifully decorated and clean. The pool is amazing with very nice sun beds.

There could be more variety and more local products at breakfast but this is only a minor point.

The property was beautiful. But the hosts are what make the property special. They really care about your experience. And they go above and beyond to ensure your taken care of and receive the best adventure. The pool is heavenly. The rooms are perfect. Overall each space is perfect. You cannot go wrong. The breakfast is exceptional. A mix of fruit. Meats cheeses. Breads. Jams. And eggs or yogurt’s if you’d like. I will be back. This was the highlight of my time in Italy.

No problems

Staying here was undoubtedly the right decision. The villa's setting is stunning, the renovations are superb, the pool is exceptional, and the owners are outstanding. You will find yourself, just minutes from beautiful Lecce, in this wonderful accommodation. Take advantage of the dinner offer—it's a very nice experience with cocktails served on their terrace.

While some may be bothered by the absence of a fridge in the room, there is an owners' fridge available for use.

Breakfast was excellent with assortment of breads meats cheese and eggs cooked to order. We were there over the Easter weekend and our great hosts Anja and Nick cooked dinner for us on Friday and Easter evening. Everything was closed on Easter so being invited to have dinner with them was greatly appreciated.

Everything. Amazing view. Very elegant decoration. Fantastic comfy bed. Breakfast was superb. Nik and Anya definitely are the best hosts in our experience and were very good company over a cocktail and dinner.

This place is extraordinary. The care, attention and thought that has gone in to creating this eight bedroomed boutique accommodation is well worth the experience. Set amid the olive groves and old settlements just outside Trepuzzi, the property is less than half an hour from Lecce. It has an amazing artwork, very comfortable and large beds, and beautiful fittings. There is a very attractive outdoor swimming pool which we didn't use, as well as a floodlit tennis court. The hosts are extremely welcoming and were very keen to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. If you are looking for quiet, relaxing and luxurious accommodation within easy reach of Lecce, this is the place to stay.

The building is an architectural example of getting it absolutely right. It has balance and class and exudes an old money charm.

The length of our stay could have been longer.

Everything between hello to farewell exceeded our expectations. The quality and high-level of construction /development, incredibly tranquil/ scenic location and friendly/gracious hosts made this stay one of the best in our many trips to Italy. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. I would suggest 4-5 nights minimum. Breakfasts were amazing and do NOT pass on the opportunity to dine at the masseria one evening for an unforgettable experience. Thank you Nick and Anja for having us and it was a great pleasure meeting you! You certainly have the right recipe there for success!

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The pool area was beautiful and incredibly relaxing. Food was delicious, the breakfast and the dinner were a highlight. And Nick and Anna were incredibly welcoming and made you feel like you were a home away from home. We loved our stay

The most beautiful, tranquil and relaxing stay- the pictures don't do it justice! Nick and Anna were the most amazing and welcoming hosts and made our trip so enjoyable - from the beautiful breakfasts and lunch to cocktails by the pool - no request was too much! Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect!

A perfect place with beautiful people ! The palazzo is incredible, in a beautiful area. Anja and Nick have completed an amazing renovation. The rooms are just wonderful, and Anja's decoration is unique. As a guest, Anja and Nick make you feel very special. Thank you for the great food experience, Anja is a star in the kitchen ! This place is magic, thank you both !

Impeccable service, luxury appointments, and oh so comfortable. We loved bike riding and walking each morning after a wonderful breakfast.

That I missed seeing the magnolias in bloom. The grounds are beautiful.

Superb villa refurbished. Every detail is top notch. Very good taste. Hosted by its owners, very friendly and charming. The room was impecable, wonderful king size bed, linen and pillows. Great pool, tennis court and bicycles to enjoy your stay for at least 3 nights! Wonderful breakfast and superb home made cooking!

A bit afar from the south of Puglia but great to drive into Lecce and Galipplli!
