The room was cozy and there was hot water all day. Also there was coffee and tea.

The location was too far from any market or place to buy sth necessary like water. The room has humidity without the necessary heat system. The parking is a real problem!

the house was in a location where no car was accesible and we had to carry our suitcases a long way over a lot of stairs: not suitable for elderly persons with walking problems

    The tile in the bathroom.

Pretty much everything else. The listing online was for a double room with an extra bed. This was important because I was traveling with my adult son, and it wasn't comfortable to share a bed. In fact, there was only a very few square feet of space that the bed didn't take up, so there wasn't room for an extra bed even if one had been available. It had taken a lot of energy to find the place (she hadn't sent a code for the door or a hint at where a key might be, even though I had warned her that our phones didn't work so I needed a message in advance via Booking.com). I had to borrow a phone from a kind stranger to call the number outside the door. which wasn't answered when I called. So we had to schlep luggage and wait to get in - which we finally did via a return phone call to the stranger, and him following us to the place . Totally inconvenient, unprofessional & potentially unsafe., But OK, for 1 night, we'd make it work I woke up in the night to find my son sleeping the floor because the mattress was so worn he felt springs sticking into his back & sides. The place is tiny, and you had to keep the curtains closed (I thought there would be a view of the water) because people walking by literally 2 feet from you on the sidewalk outside looked right in. The owner said that parking was close by, but it was ~a km away, seriously downhill from the property, which was in a maze of narrow (no car traffic) alleys on top of a hill and very hard to find. I left $50 in cash in the AM for this horrible experience, and now I find an unauthorized charge for $80 more on a credit card that I didn't give her, which I will most definitely be contesting. OK, I should have left $10 more, but NO WAY was that miserable overnight worth $85, which is more than I paid for ANY of the nice accommodation we had on this trip. Don't let the pretty paint pictures fool you.

Such a cute accommodation! Everything in maritime flair. Comfortable and in a quiet surrounding. Bus stop to La Spezia and Portovenere close by.

The Landlady was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartemente was splendid, like a masterpiece in furniture and wall-painting. A good starting point to visit Cinque Terre!

Really nice decor, lots of effort put into the design. Good air con/heating

Far out from the town centre and too long to walk with heavy bags. The bed was uncomfortable, difficulty getting into the property as the door would not open and had great difficulty getting it unlocked. Also my partner and I got bit multiple times during the night by mosquitos in the room. No shower holder for shower head, it needed to be held in order to shower.

    It's clean and quiet.

The property owner refused to provide us the password so we couldn't use Wi-Fi because I requested the receipt when we had been asked to pay cash to her. So she seemed to be pissed off. That night we were cut off from the outer world.

Atypical, beautifully decorated apartment. Clean and quiet place, which we appreciated a lot.

You can park close, just few minutes away by walk but need to go up the stairs through narrow street or go around - rather challenging to bring out all the luggage. The mattress was not very comfortable.

There is a lot of effort put in the place. The small Apartament has very nice decorated walls. It is situated in a building which has several rooms like this. It was clean and the host was helpful.

It would have been very good with breakfast but there wasn't the possibility of it. Take note: the apartment is located remote. There ia no possibility of arrival by car. You have to park the car very far away from the location, a mere 1km to be very clear on a street where you may or may not find a place available. Also there aren't any shops around. So you might need to do some shopping before arrival to have drinking water for example.

Lovely apartment with a lot of character. Everything was clean and easy.

We had some problems finding a space for the car on the main roads, especially late in the evening.

It´s a little apartment lovelly decorated by the owner. Feels really authentic. You need to arrive from pedestrian narrow streats. Also owner was really helpfull when she arranged us a place to keep our bags after checkout for to be able to move around Cinque Terre. Apartment souroundinggs and district is really nice.

There was mocka pot but not coffee at the place. The checkout it´s a bit early at 10:00 am. But it was fine for our plans. It can be a bit far from the train station but in our case we had a car then there was not a problem. Not actual problems to find park around at all.

Beautiful room! The room was very big and had a fridge, cooker and tea! A lot of love put in to it at the decorations of the room and the communication trough whatsapp was good.

The bed was very hard, but other than that nothing negative about the room and communication! Only the location is 45min walk from the city. There is a bus next to the room, but at night not going forward and back anymore.
