You can hear the cars passing by in the road in front of the house all night. Just consider this if you are a light sleeper.

It’s not centrally located but is a few steps from the electric stairs that will take you to siena. Is and Airbnb. Is not super fancy but is comfortable, modern, clean and good for the night

Very comfortable on the backside of this 3 room stay. Room #3 is what you should book here. Indoor carpark available for €20,- a day. On walking distance (10 min or so) from the Duomo

Spend two nights. Very big room, very clean, helpfull staff. A little hard to find because of the lack of an indicator but other than that everything was great.

The heating in the main room ( with the bed )was a bit cold considering that only in the bathroom it had towel warmer and only a/c exists in the room which on 0-5 degrees it does not help at all.

It was about a 20 minute walk in to the centre of Siena up a lot of hills but if you’re looking for a little bit of a calm environment this is the place for you!

The property was very modern and very clean. Comfortable to stay around and far enough out of the city that it wasn’t loud at night. We used the communal kitchen area and patio as much as possible! Wilson was such a great help to us throughout our stay as well. We miss you Wilson!!!!!

Street noise from road traffic was a bit more load than we expected, and shower head was a bit oversized for the small shower, but appreciated the clean room.

The location is directly on the road, not so convenient if you don’t want to use their own parking service. Check-In time got postponed so we had to stay away at a bar for 2 hours :(

The parking situation is a bit tricky. We were lucky to find a free space near by otherwise it's 20 euros per day for the nearby garage or 48 euros for 24-hours in the car park. Similar in most towns in Tuscany though.

The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely big shower. It was well located just outside the city but a short walk into the main town. Modern decor, clean and comfortable - perfect for a few nights. The little communal kitchen area was ideal for a quick coffee to start your day!

The breakfast room has no plates and cutlery.

The rooms were clean and new equipped. The garage is just under the building which is very convenient. From our room and the balcony of the breakfast room we had a view to the city.

It is right on the main road up to town so there is traffic noise. We slept with windows closed and aircon on so not a big issue. Better lighting over the bathroom mirror for make-up or shaving would be appreciated. A microwave in kitchen would also be good. It’s not so apparent in the booking info but the actual rooms (3) are directly above the Park & Clean garage at Strada Esterna di Fontebranda 23. It is possible to walk to a couple restaurants and a grocery store downhill from the property but there are no sidewalks and traffic is scary.

One of the most comfortable rooms that we stayed in our 3 weeks in Italy. Excellent bed and linens. Good sized, nicely decorated and modern room. Very nice bathroom and shower. Good location a short walk below the escalators up to the centre. Paid parking below the rooms. Small shared kitchen area. All good. The first restaurant you come to on your left walking uphill is very good.

Comfiest bed I have stayed in whilst in Italy! You can tell that they have got premium quality mattress, duvet and pillows, it felt like a 5 star hotel. The property has been recently renovated to a high standard, it is very modern and they have thought about the small details. Great lighting, sockets by the bed, fluffy blankets available, counter space in the bathroom for your products... the room was great! Common area has coffee machine (not the best but it does the job) and croissants, although I didn't try them. Easy self check in and check out. Property has only 3 rooms so it is very quiet, not much disturbance from neighbours. Parking available for 20 Euros a day, there is a number to call on the gate when you get there. Easy walk into the town, 10/15 mins if you use the escalator just past Santa Catalina car park, it is clearly sign posted you can't miss it.
