Everything. We were extremely satisfied. It was very cozy and authentic. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere. The pool is fantastic too - great refreshment after day spent in Siracusa city. :)

Location is a bit out however we knew this prior to booking and was fine for us as we had a car and was happy to drive in but something to bear in mind for others

Lovely rural Italian vibe. Hosts were great and very hospitable. Pool area was beautiful and very relaxing. Nice comfy bed and tasty breakfast ❤️

A peaceful and relaxing stay at Antico Casale Benalì. Breakfast was delicious, and Valentina made us feel truly cared for. The location is perfect—quiet countryside but still close to Syracuse and Ortigia. Highly recommended!

The facility is in the middle of nowhere. For dinner you have to go by car to Syracuse which requires planning logistics and is an additional cost. When making the reservation we were fully aware of this situation so for us it wasn't a problem at all.

We spent 3 nights at the property in May 2025, which was a base for visiting Syracuse and the surrounding area. We liked the hotel very much. Clean and nicely arranged room with comfortable beds. Nice communication with always smiling hosts. Good breakfast. Beautiful, large swimming pool, although the temperature prevented us from using it. The very quiet area provided good rest after a long day of sightseeing and a good night's sleep.

The location was perfect for exploring Syracuse and surrounding area. Such beautiful gardens and a superb pool. It is an oasis of calm after exploring the bustling cities. The rooms are beautifully furnished and our every need was met.

No restaurants nearby. We ended up eating a larger lunch out in the day, lounging by the pool late afternoon and eating a picnic evening meal in our room.

Beautiful quiet setting. Lovely pool with sun loungers. Friendly helpful hosts. Large room. Delicious sweet breakfast on the terrace. We squeezed some food into the mini fridge for picnics to avoid always having to drive to a restaurant. We enjoyed trips to Ortigia, Syraceuse archaeological Park and Noto.

We had a fantastic stay. The property is stunning with everything chosen with care and attention to detail. The pool is amazing. Breakfast is great with new local pastries and cakes to try each day. Andrea and Fabia are delightful and we wish them every success in their venture.

It was a 15 minute car ride from Siracusa centre and no public transport available so you have no choice but to rent a car.

Antico Casale Benalì was perfect for us to visit around Siracusa. 10min to Ortigia. Brand new place with magnificent pool. Host couple was so attentive and kind. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom and shower great and brand new. We are so happy to stay there.

The accommodation is breathtaking and stunning, extremely clean and well kept. The pool area and patio are simply beautiful. The hosts were very welcoming and nice, providing us with suggestions and recommendations of Siracusa whereabouts. The accommodation is about 15 minutes away from the main city and it is in a quiet area. Renting a car is highly suggested to get to and from the accommodation. Highly recommend!
