Super helpful host One of the best 10/10 location

Very clean and cosy place, with the opportunity to have a cup of coffee or tea in the kitchen.

Everything was perfect

The apartment was very nice and clean with a modern finish to the interior. The bathroom was particularly nice with a luxury shower multi-head. Very convenient having a lift in the apartment and makes it easy to check in and out with luggage. Cupboards are nice and spacious with big mirrors. The bed was decent with clean covers and the fridge in the room was really handy to keep cool water and fruit! The kitchen was so nice and clean with good facilities. Nice style with Italian culture and a lovely gesture to offer free breakfast. (Teas, coffee, biscuits and pastries). The host was nice and friendly and explained everything in detail.

The double room was a nice size but nowhere to hang our towels. A few hooks in the bathroom would have been ideal. We loved the kitchen however a microwave would have been good to reheat the free breakfast. There was a coffee machine but when I tried to make a coffee, the machine leaked with water. The balcony in the kitchen was great however 2 small chairs would have been great to allow each room to have some space across the kitchen to drink their morning tea.

The place is very central, few minutes walking from the shopping and night life area. The room was spacious and clean. Mario, the host, was very welcoming and friendly.

The coffee was very good. Also the communicatio, there wasno problem at all with coming a bit late due to our flight being late.

The only thing is that the owner does not know english, but he still manages to provide information very well.

This room is well located near bars and restaurants and it's spacious. It contains a small freezer. The host Mario was kind to welcome us after midnight (with some pressure though) and left some croissants for breakfast for the first day (only), as he didn't refill the breakfast for the following days. There were cookies and tea, coffee in the kitchen available for use. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with stairs, and there is an elevator but it's super super slow. I would say this room is good for short stays.

The host pressured us a lot to arrive quickly for the check-in although I've notified them 2 weeks in advance that my flight changed and was arriving after midnight. He could have a arranged a self check-in instead of pressuring me to arrive which made me feel very uncomfortable and anxious. He did welcome us after all, but we had to pay 50 euros by cash. This was in the fine print when we did the booking, so I already knew it. The following days he asked for the tax payment (15 euros) and also insisted for us to pay with paypal although we don't use paypal. So we asked him to come pick it up by the apartment by cash. If you're ok dealing with this then it's not a deal breaker to rent this room. I also had to translate everything he wrote in Italian into English because he didn´t write in English. I could understand him a bit when we arrived because we speak Spanish.

1) Not comfortable pillows. 2)Thin walls: I heard really clearly of how our neighbours have been flushing their toilet. 3) Apartament owner told us not to take all the cookies ( 4 small packages with 4 cookies inside of each). 4) In addition to the cookies, owner forbid us of cooking in the kitchen. It was quite funny, considering than on Booking.com there are photos of this kitchen. I think that it is misleading. Potential customers are choosing apartments specifically because of freedom to cook our own meal. If owner will continue to forbid of using apartments kitchen, that misleading photos need to be deleted.

I love how the building has a lift to bring our suitcase up to level 2. The property was so clean and so nice, the TV came with Netflix so you can watch shows. It was very spacious and offered extra pillows and thick duvet. The room also came with a mini fridge with a mini freezer. The shower was my favourite as you have a normal shower head, a waterfall shower and a half body shower setting. The host also offers a mini breakfast -lavazza coffee pods and mini biscuits on their little kitchen.

I wished there was a microwave/toaster on the kitchen and also if you are in Room 3 the windows are thin so it will wake you up early in the morning. I also wished they did darker curtains as the sun shines very bright.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable bed, good price

Not enough furniture to put things at, like toothbrushes or shower gels. The door at the bottom of the building were impossible to unlock with the key we got.

the room was very actually pretty good for two people and everything was impecable, the person who received us was so nice also the owner was always very helpful and attentive. you have many pretty cool restaurants in a 3min walk. pretty nice i must say!

Mario was very friendly and offered to keep our luggage after we checked out until we had to go to the airport.

Some noise at night due to the neighbours

There is no door to the bathroom so you can see and hear everything. Also it would be nice to have a kettle in the room
