Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GermanyThe cleaning needs to be improved as there had been several hair of not our own and towels with stains. The parking lots are very tight and packed so it depends a bit on luck and parking skills to fit into your spot. (Dedicated to your bungalow/ tent number you can not chose). The pools are crowded with children not being supervised or watched by the guard- it's impossible to just even sit down at a corner to cool off yourself or just your feet without being splashed, run over or hit by children running around in the pool. Not talking about the special children pool with slides etc... Don't chose chairs close to the pool as your stuff will get wet, too, for mentioned reasons.
Close location to Florence, also Pisa is not far away. To Florence a shuttle is provided (4.5€/p round tour), even dogs are allowed in the bus with a muzzle. Very friendly staff, good restaurant with reasonable prices and a variation of foods for everyone. The tent provides a comfortable stay for a couple of nights. With well working aircon, mattresses are good, pillows are a personal preference. A small built-in closet, a bathroom with shower (instant very hot water), mirror and hairdryer, a small porch with table and bench. As located in the woods also hot temperatures are bearable. Pools are rather for children but ok for cooling off though. Dogs are allowed and welcomed (extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay is 30€), bins are all over the place to get rid of any kind of waste. If you take a small cooling box with you, the tent becomes an even better option for a couple of days.

UkraineMattresses were too rough and it was difficult to sleep on them for both of us. But I believe it’s individual requirement, so maybe it were just us😁
We discovered a great place for camping. Location is great, there is an amazing pool and different houses for different prices

PolandThe only thing I missed was a small table with chairs outside the bungalow — it would have been lovely to sit there and enjoy the surroundings.
Perfect location — just what I needed, especially with easy bus access to Florence! The reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The property has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday: a well-stocked supermarket, a restaurant, and a swimming pool. It was ideal for me!

IrelandA great idea to stay in a campsite in nature, not far from the city centre. The rooms have everything and are very comfy for a campsite. The campsite is very family-friendly and has everything. Bus 37 is the only regular bus from the main train station to the camp, and the last one is at midnight from the train station.

NetherlandsThe bangalow was inded a bit crammed. The power sockets were not working properly at all times ( we had to jiggle our chargers to use them properly)
A calming option for a getaway. The bungalow is a bit crammed but we did figure out our way in the room . Thankfully, the room has plenty of storage shelves so we could store our stuff. Extra bonus that the bungalow included a duvet, because the nights can be chilly. Our dog was welcomed warmly from the stuff. The pool was very nice and super kid friendly. We used the shuttle bus to visit Firenze and it was very useful. And the food at the restaurant was AMAZING. We would definately visit again

RomaniaIt was like living in a tiny but comfortable house, with great views of a Tuscan valley. Easy to reach, with a very good restaurant in the camp, also 2 sweeming pools (we didn't try). Cosy and family friendly.

IrelandThe air conditioning was just ok.
The accommodation was clean, the bar, and the restaurant was nice. Shuttle bus 4.50 euro to Florence was great. The price was really good in comparison and it was a good option for staying outside Florence

SloveniaThe location for exploring Florence is amazing as it is a little bit out of the city but still very close - 20min to the centre of the city by car. We had a problem with our bungalow, but the staff was quick to fix and move us to another bungalow.

GermanyThe bathroom in the room stopped working, but it was reported to the staff and they fixed it quickly.
A quiet, clean place with a good supermarket inside, a nice pool, and comfortable facilities. They have a shuttle service that takes you to Florence.

CanadaThe cabin had some recent renovations but they we not finalized, one of the light switch was not installed leaving wires exposed (with caps) which our toddler was curious about… and was not possible to open a light in the toilet room. The mirrors were also glued with tape on the wall and we found several screw on the floor outside. The location is a bit nowhere (but I guess that make sense as a camping) and the shuttle is quite expensive.
The pool is everything, never seen anything like this. The material is soft so much safer for the kids. The cabin was functional, although pretty small.

United KingdomRoads to the accommodation insite are terrible. Our poor car had to swerve the potholes- this could be renovated. Bathroom, the sink is so big that it’s a struggle to get in and out the shower. Lack of communication from staffing when trying to park the car- all the allocated parking had been taken- and was a struggle to get anywhere to park.
Great value find on our European road trip. Nice down time in the pool. We drove; but used the local facilities to go to Florence. Really straight forward (take bus 37). Kid loved the camp beds.

United KingdomSome feedback for the owners - put a small dustpan and brush in the chalets as we were constantly walking in the grit and stones from outside. The bus stop was a bit of a walk away.
It was cute and cosy staying in the chalets. It was nice having a shop and restaurant on site. It was outside the ZTL zone and not far from a bus stop to easily get into Florence (use bus 37).
