I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were extremely nice and friendly, would always greet us with a bright smile. Julio was always more than happy to help with all our questions about where to eat and what to visit, giving us great recommendations. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly welcome, not only in the hotel, but in the city as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very good place to stay if you are in Rome for a few days. The metro station is close by to easily get into the city centre in about 30 mins. The property staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were good value for money and were cleaned everyday. Breakfast had a good selection. Recommended.

Lack of cleaniness, had a room with a balcony and it was all filled with sand and dust, had to clean myself to sit. Spontaneously driping shower head, it was very loud and disturbed the sleep. Poor breakfast- egg omelette, sausages and bacon and everything was cold, two mornings in a row. All the rest was sweets- pastry, which was nice.

Very Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Located 4mins by foot from the metro. Seems a bit away, but in 15-20mins by metro you are in the center. The location is with families apartments, calm and safe with a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. Totally recommended than staying in Termini (creepy area with drugs, dirtiness etc )

The rooms were not perfect. Leaking shower, not super clean. But not critical enough to complain. Room cards were used for electricity and didn't work immediately, with lights being off for about a minute before they would work. Mini-bar is practically useless.

Very good location, close to the metro. Closed underground parking available. Fantastic breakfast with delicious coffee and great assortment of food. , Always available place to fill bottle with cold water, which is very useful in summer. Spacious rooms with air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for the money!

The floor of the room was not clean, the walls had some scratches and marks.

The location is fine. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but it is close to the metro station. The room was good, quite big and soundproof. We celebrated the birthday of my fiancée and the staff presented us with a bottle of wine. The breakfast was good, not a lot of choice if you don't eat sweets in the morning, but the staff was helpful to accommodate our requests. The breakfast buffet is not self service, you have to tell the staff what you want every time. The staff was very nice, always ready to help.

The location is a well connected to the city center but not to the other parts of the city. The last subway is at 11.30. I would add in the room another pillow per person and pay attention to refill the shampoo.

The property is new and the facilities are modern. There is a lot of space and the rooms are big and confortable.

The hotel room was supposed to have toiletries but didn't. We weren't given clear instructions on how breakfast worked. It was a little strange to be among university students.
