About your arrival at the desk, you have to know that sometimes our reception staff helps our guests at the bar. It is really probable that while you were waiting at the desk, the receptionist were serving other guests requesting coffees. It may happen and we are sorry if your waiting time was too much for you. And thank you for giving us the chance to fix some points: our room card actually opens the pedestrian gate, we are sorry if you have not understood how to do it. Just the parking gate can be opened only by us at a distance, for safety reasons. You could have a more classical and comfortable room when you choose a "comfort double room": the "mezzanine loft" is thought to be an easy, smart accommodation with bunk beds, not suitable if you have some special needs. We are so sorry for your issues on our breakfast: we have taken into consideration your tips and have started to offer a buffet breakfast every morning. We are sorry if you thought we had rooms with a view on the Vatican...actually we haven't, unfortunately. And you have a terrace granted just if you book a double superior room: we do not promise a room with a balcony to anyone else. Our parking place is really a plus and having it is a rarity in the center of Rome. At the smallest rate you may meet around here, you could park your car in safety without any booking needed.
