    Teresa is an absolute wonderful lady and hotel manager, all of the staff could not do any more for you and made us feel so welcome. They catered to every need, allowed my family to set up decorations for my 30th birthday, took their time to get to know us and why we were staying as well as giving each room a free bottle of champagne on the first night. The hotel is lovely and clean, very modern and just an overall gorgeous stay. The breakfast was amazing and the staff so polite and friendly!

    The facilities, location, breakfast and staff were all excellent. The selection at breakfast was extensive and food was of a high quality. The pool area was great and there was plenty of chairs and lounges around the pool area. The rooms (we had rooms with a balcony over the pool area) were well appointed and very comfortable. The manager was also excellent, checked on us regularly, and was very helpful when we needed advice.

    There was the pool bar but it didn't have anything on display or any menus. The same with the bar inside we didn't even know it was a bar, until we saw people sitting but was pretty empty. We would have stayed every night for another drink if it was visibly open.

    Loved the location, Service and staff were so friendly and helpful and loved the decor inside. Very comfortable stay and loved the pool as a bonus. Exceptional Hotel and will definitely be coming back.

    The room was nice and clean with a nice balcony view. However it was smaller than anticipated. Choose a larger room.

    The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the location was very convenient, the pool area and the garden are relaxing, the breakfast was very good!

    Air con in my room wasn’t working, I could have asked for them to look at it but it wasn’t necessary as it was cool in the evenings.

    Breakfast was ok and comprehensive, service was excellent.

    Very well decorated hotel and room were nice but quite small. Bed were comfortable. Breakfast was better than average in Italy. Location is great, train station, port and center are within walking distance.

    The hotel lobby was very aesthetic, and the rooms were clean too. When we arrived we asked for some assistance with the positano tours, and they helped us in booking that. The breakfast was the best in comparison to other hotels in Europe. They offered omelettes, fried eggs and fresh pancakes. Even the muffins and yoghurt were Amazing. We booked a standard room with balcony. The washroom needs a bit upgrade but that’s okay I guess we booked the standard room that’s why. Pretty corners in the hotel for pictures. Asked for iron and got it instantly.

    The property is in a fantastic location, very clean modern and a beautiful pool area. Treasa the general manager was so lovely very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.
