Parking.... even owners provided superb service and give me a ride back from parking, the distance is long. On the other side all has been ballanced by many positive moments in this hotel (breakfast, cleaning room, lunch boxes....)

Really nice property in a great location. Although the hotel is located on the main tourist street, it was surprisingly quiet. We truly appreciated the staff — they work 24/7, which is very convenient. My friend and I genuinely recommend this hotel for your vacation in Riccione. It comes straight from the heart!

There were nothing we disliked.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room has everything one needs and is very clean. The location of the hotel is great just 5 minutes to the beach. The breakfast was very good with large choice of sweet amd savoury dishes. All in all great place we highly recommend.

During the night it was impossible to sleep with open window, due to cigarettes smoke rising from the levels below at 2:00am and between 4:00am and 6:00am. We suspect it was from the night staff in the back yard, because all other windows from the levels below were closed. It happened already 2 nights so we decided to keep the windows closed during the next nights and use the AC which was also not ideal because one of us does not like AC, so we had to fight about that. It was hard to get a good sleep at night due to either smoke smell or high temperature during hot summer nights. During the last evening we have learned (unfortunately too late) from the night staff that there are bicycles available to use for free. There was also a highly appreciated reduction for sun beds and umbrellas, but only after asking. Would have been nice to have all those benefits presented on arrival.

Very good location, friendly staff, rich breakfast changing every day including both savory and sweet choices. Very clean overall.

Nothing, everything was top quality

An excellent option for relaxing holidays in Riccione. Excellent choice of home made and nicely cooked sweet and salty dishes, vast selection of options for a really good breakfast. Impeccable cleanness daily. Above all friendly and the most polite staff have come across recently offering top quality customer care from morning to late at night. Once we chose the right room for our family (thanks to Francesco who managed to change from our initial booking) we had all the comfort of a large room and bathroom and amazing balloon overlooking the main street in Riccione. Very good location right in the center of the town and close to the beach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they did everything with a smile. The location is great, close to the beach and transportation. The room was clean and the upkeep was awesome. We had an amazing time on our trip and the stay in the hotel was a big part of that. Thank you and see you in New York:)!

The double bed was really twin beds pushed together, and the beds were not very comfortable. My wife felt the springs through the mattress. We were in a family room, so we had an extra mattress that we could use. The bath towels were very small, almost like hand towels.

The location was very good, on a (mostly) walking street a small distance from the city center, and only two blocks from the beach. Breakfast was amazing, with cappuccino, house made italian sweets and savory items, as much as we wanted to eat. Staff was friendly and informative. We used the free bicycles to explore the area. Our balcony was great for relaxing. The air conditioning worked great. The safe and mini refrigerator were useful.

The facilities, rooms and bathrooms are quite outdated and in need of a refurbishment in our opinion. The bed was by far the worst I have slept on in recent travels in Europe, very uncomfortable mattress. Also, a nice perk with minimal cost for the hotel would be to include in the room price a beach towel to borrow: a nice gesture especially, useful for people travelling light (like us) and unable to pack them.

Location was quite central, on the main night walking street, relatively close to beaches and to the train station.
