No air-con in the gym and cheap equipment, some guests allowed to reserve sun loungers with towels despite it not being allowed on the hotel rules. The light switches in the room were confusing (!), almost no English speaking channels on the TV.

Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool area, location great, rooms comfortable and spacious, cleaning excellent, hotel busy but not crowded.

Not close to a good beach. The publicity photos gave the impression the hotel was across the road from a usable beach, but this was not the case. A bit expensive.

The breakfast was not great. There were a lot of options but it wasn't particularly fresh. The food at the bar and at the restaurant was not good specially for a 5 star hotel in Italy where great ingredients are readily available.

The spa was great! The staff were really nice and helpful. Location was fantastic and just a short walk from the city center.

Hotel was not a 5☆. Bed not comfortable, bland decorating. A vision in beige! Bar closes at 11pm and consists of a few chairs facing the lifts, a dustbin and an extinguisher...not at all enticing. Despite the name of hotel, the Spa is not available to guests unless you pay €45 pp for 2 hours....never experienced this in any hotel in Ireland!! In all, the hotel did not live up to expectations and is dated. This hotel has a lot of potential but needs upgrading.

Breakfast was badly managed, looked like enough staff but management of staff lacked. Ordered tea, got coffee pot along with tea bags, when we highlighted staff member said we ordered coffee, if that was the case why did we get tea bags and a coffee pot full of coffee? Most mornings not enough tea pots. One morning we waited 15 mins for tea, when I went up to get own tea, no tea pots available and staff reminded me it was now 10am, great that they can tell the time but not find tea pots. We did not use pool as hotel seems to encourage bikers to the hotel, they sit with drink and watch you at the pool. Not something we expected.. I think the hotel needs to decide if it wants to be a 5 star hotel or a bikers stop.

Lovely staff .. . We had a problem with our car and the reception staff were really helpful and kind , they phoned the rental company and we got it sorted . Salt water swimming pool was lovely . Towels supplied etc. plenty of free parking ( late September) Breakfast was good, not outstanding . It’s situated about 15 mins walk from centre so it’s peaceful and quiet at night .. not a sound … except the sea .

Limited Parking: The parking lot was too small, and we had to park on the street, which was slightly inconvenient. TV with No Netflix: The only downside to the room was the TV, which didn’t have access to Netflix or other streaming services. Breakfast Could Be Improved: While the breakfast was decent compared to other hotels in Sardinia, it could be improved to better match the high standard of the hotel.

Amazing Honeymoon Experience: The hotel upgraded our room to an ocean view since they knew we were on our honeymoon, which was a wonderful surprise. Stunning Sunset Views from the Room: The sunset from our room was absolutely perfect, making it one of the best parts of our stay. We didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else to watch it. Beautiful Pool: The pool is large and perfect for swimming, especially in the afternoon when it catches the sunlight. The pool area was one of our favorite spots. Very Comfortable Room: The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, with a great bed and a lovely bathroom. The shower was fantastic, making it a relaxing experience overall. Quick and Polite Service: The room service was quick, and the staff were always very polite and helpful. Great Location: The hotel is close to the old town, and we could easily walk there, which was very convenient for exploring. Good Drinks at Reasonable Prices: The drinks at the bar were reasonably priced and good. The restaurant prices were also similar to those in the city, offering good value.

Bed was not clean, hotel manager took action quickly. For a 5 star hotel, SPA should be include it in the price but was not the case. For 45 euros per 90 mn it is overpriced (even more expensive than Switzerland). The hotel in my opinion should be rated 3 or 4 stars max. There is a lot of details that could be improved with hotel with a great potential as SMY Carlos. Toilets seats was almost falling, humidity old or new stains on the walls and roof. Carpets with stains in the corridor area. However staff was making solutions for any problems in very short time.

The hotel is very well located with a very nice view on Sunset and the sea in general. Very friendly Staff and quick service when required. The food is good and the breakfast is ok. Swimming pool area clean and parking possible (when no event at the hotel) on the side of the road.
