I am deathly afraid of heights, having to walk up the stairs to the apartment with suitcases was very hard. The width of the stair case outside of the apartment was very narrow.

The room was good. We were advised that the property had no lift but underestimated the three floors of stone steps and the narrow steps up to the lovely terrace in front of our room for people of our mobility and carrying luggage. Meeting the host at the beginning would have been helpful although Agostoni did send helpful videos and and was very responsive on WhatsApp.

From the advert pictures we thought we would have a better view, other than a high up window. There were no extra blankets and it was very cold at night, there was only a sheet and one very thin cover on the bed. There were lots of steep steps up to the room. A warning about the amount of steps up to the property would be advisable and the fob to turn on the hallway light did not work, so we used our phone torch.

Property was quite rundown, walls were ripping off, water damage and floor damage, and the AC didn’t work the first night, was leaking and making some noises the second night. Towels were not too clean. However, the staff was very responsive, replaced the towels and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Agostino and his staff were very responsive and helpful. Location was unbelievable, amazing views and right on the water on Marina Grande.

In the middle of the night the cleaning service cleaned the other areas. Not our room. They were banging and talking very loud for what felt like forever after 1am.

Lots of steps to access the property which wasn't an issue for us but definitely worth considering for people who may struggle with 50+ steps. Balcony was extremely small - barely enough room for 2 of us to sit out and enjoy the view. Room could do with a bit of an update but this didn't bother us too much as we barely spent any time in the room.

Location was perfect for exploring Sorrento. Lovely views of Marina Grande. Great communication with owner.

The location was perfect. A little away from the hustle and bustle with a nice beach. Friendly and prompt communication with the host. Like anywhere on the Amalfi coast be aware of the steep walks and lots of steps.

Lovely room near the beach area. Handy walk to Marina Grande. Can walk to Sorrento or get the bus nearby. Small balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sea view. Host friendly and accommodating! Easy to check in with all explained in messages before arrival.

It would be nice if there was a cleaning service each day - we did not get cleaning products as advertised so we were unable to wash up dishes or even sweep up some sand from the beach! Fresh towels should also be provided automatically (even though we did get them quickly once we asked!). Because of the excellent location, there was some noise from the street but that’s to be expected- as are the steps to the location.

Location was excellent, close to the beach and cute little bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. Agostino’s instructions are really clear about how to access the apartment and we had no issues with it. Agostino was also very helpful when we asked for fresh towels and asked for advice around transport to train station etc the balcony looking out to sea was lovely and it was convenient having access to the toaster and cutlery etc AC worked and the bed was comfy!

AC wasn't working when we got there and took a bit of back and forth with the host to get it working, but all ok once this was done. It is mentioned on reviews, but there are a lot of steps up to the property (and to get out of the general area to get anywhere else in Sorrento), so probably not one for anyone with lots of luggage or a reasonable level of fitness!

Couldn't work out how to use Aircon but didn't cause a problem as not too hot in the evening. There are lots of stairs to access the room which could put some people off but we expected this and it was fine.

Amazing location overlooking the sea with restaurants at Marina Grande. A pleasant walk into town. Comfy bed and quiet location for sleeping. Although never met owner he was always a WhatsApp message away.

A wonderful general location except had to climb up 4 flights of stairs to get to unit. A taxi or bus was required to depart the premises if you had any luggage. The view was from a small window.

Getting large suitcases up to the apartment was challenging but goes with this location anyway. Can't blame hosts for noisy neighbours. Thank you. 👍🏻
