This is a little gem. Cosy, comfy rooms are set within a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Coffee is good. Owners are friendly and they have an even friendlier dog!

Nothing not to like. Everything work really well! Just be mindful that If you are renting a car there is free parking on the street (might be difficult to get a spot specially on weekdays) or you can park at the Green Parking for €15 per day

Casa Barbero was clean and close to the town (only 12-15 min walk). Antonio and Monica are top hosts, also little cute Lola 🐶was lovely. Room was big and had all the amenities. Breakfast was also good!

The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre and only a 20 minute walk to the Metro and also the Circumetnea train station. The rooms are around a pretty courtyard providing a lovely spot for breakfast. We stayed in Bianco which was a beautiful and spacious room and very comfortable.

Booked a twin room. Got a double bed plus a foldaway bed that was not comfortable. Location wise the hotel is only 0.9 miles from the centre but the route is shabby and Catania has a serious litter and fly tipping problem. Not the hotels fault but it is a downside. We found it better to walk a short way in the opposite direction and catch the Metro.

Breakfast was excellent and lovely to be able to take it in the courtyard. Lola is gorgeous (dog) and checks that everyone is happy. Elena looks after you wonderfully and is a great hostess.

We were only there for one night which was a Sunday and we're surprised by how many shops/restaurants weren't open. Probably shouldn't have been but Taomina the Sunday before was the same as any other day

The host is very kind and caring. The rooms are spacious, classy and renovated at the same time. There was a cosy garden inside where children can play in the heart of Catania.

The Staff was very helpful, I totally recommend a stay there and it is very centrally located. So you can visit everything while walking. Also the garden is very nice and inviting.

In the heart of the city in a secure location. Antonio answered lots of questions from me always promptly. The service is really excellent, you are made to feel very welcome indeed.

Instructions on how to reach the room via WhatsApp not clear, actually very confusing and frustrating. The whole B&B is like a maze. A lot of walking with heavy luggage, narrow staircase. Breakfast very disappointing- l could only have 1 egg, the rest is typical Sicilian food, sweet and full of gluten. Not much choice. Mattress too soft, weird pillows - woke up with a lumbar pain. City dirty, dilapidated and ugly, air very polluted.

Clean, spacious room, well furnished. Nice bathroom, well equipped. Beautiful little garden with gigantic monsteras in patio. Cozy balcony with a table and chairs. Good air conditioning.
