The house itself is not bad, there is a parking lot nearby, conveniently 2 bathrooms.

The photos don't do it justice, in real life you sit on the balcony and look at concrete roofs and barrels. We thought it would be a great view, but no. 2 breakfasts, which included 2 eggs and fruit, cost us 80 euros. For that price, you can go to the hotel for a buffet or to a nearby restaurant. We thought the breakfast was free because it wasn't written anywhere how much it cost, but in the end they charged us 80 euros. There was also a problem with the alarm in the middle of the night, the house turned on the light and we did not turn off all the other electricity. But no one even apologized to us for the inconvenience. Also there are no windows in the bedrooms, that's weird. We left without getting enough sleep and not satisfied with this stay, and the front desk didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, I don't recommend staying here

    Property response:

Dear Lilia, We were truly surprised by your review, especially given the kind words and gratitude your husband expressed before departure — including a warm hug and thanks for our attention. Let us clarify a few key points: Breakfast was never included in the stay. As explained to your husband, it was offered through our affiliated café as an optional service, with prices clearly communicated in advance. If there was any confusion, it may be due to the language barrier, as I was never able to speak directly with you. The storm occurred around 7 a.m., not in the middle of the night, and caused a temporary fault in the lighting system. While it was inconvenient, it was due to a sudden weather event — something entirely beyond our control. The house is shown exactly as it is, and no sea view was promised. We always strive to be honest in our photos and descriptions. The bedrooms are built according to all legal safety and comfort standards, though they do not feature standard windows — something visible in our listing. What is most disheartening is the mismatch between how your family interacted with us in person — warmly and appreciatively — and what was written afterward. Fortunately, our other 300+ reviews speak honestly of the experience we provide. We remain proud of the care we put into hosting and always welcome open, respectful communication. Warm regards, Enza Scannapieco Manager

Gorgeous accommodation in the most beautiful location, great size and loved the washer/dryer facilities. Enza was an amazing host and went above and beyond for us!

Nothing - it was truly a wonderful stay and exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful host. Assisted us before we arrived, greeted us at the property, and was very friendly and welcoming.

Loved staying outside of the immediate downtown area. Only disadvantage was the busses were frequently full and it took time to get back at the end of the day. Fortunately, there is a fabulous restaurant right by the property.

The villa was clean and spacious, and it had everything to accommodate a family. The only challenge was walking down the steps to the town centre but the views made it worthwhile. The host, Enza was fantastic!

Enza met us and informed us thoroughly of everything we needed to know She was delightful and helped us with everything we needed The apartment was beautifully fitted out with everything we might need The outdoor table and chairs were lovely to use

The walk back up from Positano! If you didn't want to walk up you could get the bus which was no problem if you could get on it. Once we could not If you can't get the bus then a taxi, but can be expensive, depending on the driver But absolutely nothing wrong with the apartment and would definitely stay there again

The apartment, the view and the hosts. The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), plenty of space, amazing view. We particularly loved having breakfast with the sunrise in the terrace! Enza and Alberto were great hosts, gave us great tips and even helped us to book restaurants. The apartment is located in Montepertuso, which is 20 min far way by car / bus from Positano. We went by car, and we had access to a parking slot close to the apartment, but the issue is that you can’t take the car to Positano if you are planning to stay the whole day there (8€ per hour). The bus works well to go down to Positano, but to get back from Positano to Montepertuso might be an issue, I guess that’s a general Positano issue, is not because Montepertuso location. Even if you stay in Positano and want to go down to the beach, you face the same problem, and taxis are not even accessible (€50-60 Positano - Montepertuso). Recommendation: take it easy and go with the flow. Internet connection worked very well, and you have a supermarket a few steps away from the apartment, which was great. Also, there are a couple of restaurants by walking distance

    Nothing to remark.

The perfect stop for visiting Positano. Alberto and Enza are the perfect hosts - they went out of their way to help us organise local trips and activities. They also run a lovely B&B too!

We stayed here as we wanted to relax and be out of the hustle of Positano and it was perfect! Staying in a little village a short 10 min bus ride to Positano. The village was beautiful. Locals and kids playing in a piazza. The two restaurants nearby were great! Enza and her husband Alberto were so accomodating and so nice and friendly. The home itself was very comfortable. We loved it here and would highly recommend if you don’t want to stay in the heart of Positano. Montepertuso has now become my favourite place!!

It’s a spacious clean home with an amazing host- Enza. There is a kitchen, gas, washing machine, television, utensils, basic cooking stuff like oil, salt, pepper etc. Everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. The Air conditioning works efficiently.

The location is a bit far from the beach. Almost a 1000 steps going down. We did go down by foot on the first day but it was too much (also because it was a hot July). But coming back up I think is a huge task. Staying here you’ll have to pay the taxi fare everyday down and up so do factor that in your cost. Or you could take the bus. Even if you’re renting a car, parking at the beach is approx 8 euros per hour on weekdays. So a whole day down would cost you around 80 euros.

Such a beautiful house and host! Enza was beyond helpful and kind, throughout our stay. Enza helped with replacing broken suitcase and needing to ship belongings internationally. Also extremely helpful when it comes to booking activities and dinners.

Clean, roomy, w kitchen and laundry.

Booking.com left a digit off my phone number so critical pre-arrival communication was too problematic. Had to spend €80 to get from shore to property. 😢
