Everything was amazing! The room was perfect: quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and landmarks. I would have been happy with just the room but it came with its own dock and door opening to the canal. I enjoyed watching the gondolas and other boats go by. The host even helped me arrange pick up from a water taxi when I checked out. It made getting to the train station so easy. Also, Host had great communication and checked in with me to see if I had any questions or needed anything.

This is an incredibly special place. During our three-night stay, the kids spent hours sitting by the window, waving and chatting with people passing by on the gondola—it brought them so much joy. And Claudia is, without a doubt, the kindest and most helpful host I’ve ever met. Thanks to her, our last stop on this trip was absolutely magical. Arriving and departing by water taxi just made it all the more unforgettable. Thank you, Claudia and your husband, for everything. I recommend this place 100%.

What’s not to like?! They’ve truly thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible

This stay was truly magical! You’re greeted with the most kind and friendly couple. The husband met me at an easy location right near Rialto bridge and the house is a short walk from there. The location is perfect and VERY quiet, especially at night. The AC is perfection. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower is perfection, hot water and great water pressure. If I’m lucky enough to come back to beautiful Venice, would 100% stay here again.

The apartment was spacious and quiet while being in the heart of Venice. The canal level little terrace was so special to sit and watch the gondolas glide by. Absolutely charming. It even had its own platform so you could arrive by water taxi! Claudia the host was also lovely and helpful.

The host Claudia is fantastic. She helped with reservations, gave us a brief tour of the area, and helped book our transportation to and from the room. The room literally shares a wall with Marco Polo’s residence. The location is terrific. Room was clean, big, and right on the canal.

Claudia, our host, went out of her way to ensure our stay was excellent! She even got pictures and videos of our arrival and departure and provided lots of information and great recommendations. The location was perfect, right on the canal, and close to the Rialto Bridge, but still very quiet. We absolutely loved it!

This property was amazing! It was right on a canal with its own loading dock for a water taxi. The host was incredibly helpful and kind. She allowed us to do an early luggage drop off while we went sight seeing, she arranged our water taxi transport to and from the parking garage to our unit. She made calls for us to the garage. She Took a video of us arriving to the unit for the first time! She gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne (though we don’t drink alcoholic beverages, it was so thoughtful!) She gave us directions and even walked us part way to our first ticketed attraction because she didn’t want us to be late or get lost. I highly recommend this unique canal access room to everyone! It did not disappoint!!!❤️

Not a thing, loved absolutely everything.

Where do I start! Anyone that gets to stay here in their lifetime is incredibly lucky. We eloped and married in Venice. This accommodation absolutely made our stay in Venice. From the moment we arrived in our private water taxi, right to the deck of the apartment, to the time we left, everything was perfect. The apartment is HUGE! You have your own personal deck, so rare in Venice. Sitting out there watching the gondal's pass by frequently was like a dream. The front door into the courtyard is beautiful. The apartment feels so private and quiet, yet it's only a 2 min walk to the Rialto bridge. The location is perfect. Now let me tell you about Claudia, the host. She is so beautiful and does things like films you arriving in your water taxi, that just makes it extra special. Words will never describe how much staying here was like a dream. Absolutely worth every cent! You feel like royalty.

The location was central and truly perfect! We loved spending afternoons on the deck watching gondolas float by with drinks in hand. It was pretty amazing being inside and catching gondolas float by across the window - so unique! The apartment had everything we needed. Claudia was wonderful and helpful! Great memories for our little 6 year old boy - can’t top this one! Would not hesitate to return for another stay!

Claudia is an amazing host and takes such pride in her home and her city. She made sure we had everything we needed and offered great suggestions for things to do and where to eat. The apartment was amazing, right on a canal, but also walking distance to everything. If you are visiting Venice, this is the absolute best place to stay!
