AC wasn’t functioning; shower leaked into the bathroom; the first day they only made my bed and did not empty the trash or refresh the coffee. They also originally gave me a lesser room than I paid for but they corrected that immediately.

The room was very comfortable, quite modern with lovely Juliette balcony & open doors to the internal garden. Staff were friendly and helpful. Best bed we’ve had in Sicily. Location was perfect for us.

- our room was in the building adjacent to the main hotel, which was undergoing construction on the ground floor - gave it a slightly unfinished feel and more like staying in an Airbnb than hotel - would suggest the hotel are upfront with the fact there is construction work - room not as luxurious as you would expect for the price

- great location close to all main sights of Palermo - lovely breakfast, great choice of food and great quality ingredients (only suggestion would be to provide barista made coffee rather than machine) - setting for breakfast in the courtyard is lovely - all staff seemed lovely and helpful

Breakfast was amazing, lots of choises and tastfull. Location is perfect, in the center but not at a noicey street. The atrium is cosy and offers a nice place to cool off.

We didn’t love our shower with the tub, it was uncomfortable

The service was exceptional and accommodate us really good. I wasn’t feeling good and they made me an amazing soup at the hotel from scratch and home made.

Rooms weren’t comfortable in sense that we didn’t have chairs , we occupied two rooms ( two couples ) but couldn’t visit or chill as a group in any of the rooms . Cleaning staff need to pay more attention and replenish what’s missing or used such as towels , soap , toiletries. Stairs were kind of hazardous but we managed . Staff at the restaurant a bit stiff until you basically spend few days and then they will loosen up.

The AC is extremely weak - there were nights when we woke up from being so uncomfortable. We asked the front desk to help a few times and the fix did not help.

Very nice home in the center of Palermo! Beautifully and tastefully furnished and clean rooms, nice amenities, good breakfast. I loved my balcony, even though the calm! street tends to be very loud in the mornings.

The room itself seemed clean - the bathroom, the floors, the fridge, etc. However, each day we found a new stain on the bedding.

Great location to visit Palermo. The hotel was decorated very nicely. The on-site restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. The size of the room was decent especially for a boutique hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The pool was a bit of a disapointment and our air conditioning didn't work properly. It's placed on the bottom of a shelf and the cold air didin't reach the room.. Our room had a constant temperature of 26,5° while the aircon should habve been 19°/20°
