Breakfast is ok and more or less in line with the price, but perhaps it could be slightly better. It is not exactly a buffet breakfast, you have to ask someone for coffee, croissants and other, while you can pick up by yourself only packaged goods that are on a separate table.

This place is just 5 minutes walking from the escalators that take you to various areas of Spoleto's historic centre in a few minutes. We chose it for its parking and proximity to the centre, but it is also very quiet and has a beautiful garden.

The bed was not very comfortable for a sore body I learned from other guests how to get to downtown/ cathedral/ Torre. I think staff should have mentioned this

Casa Religiosa di Ospitalità Nazareno is a religious accommodation that represents an excellent solution for staying in Spoleto. Located at the foot of the old city hill, the building in itself is very functional although not particularly attractive, but the rooms are very large and quiet, with a good level of cleanness, acceptable toiletries and a good breakfast. Particularly interesting is the free parking on site. Definitely recommended!

I would head to the room at 5:30 for a cold shower and to cool off and then later that evening I would head out for aperitivo and dinner.

Nothing really. Maybe a mention that the room was at the ground floor, cars motorcycles and people passing by can see inside the room when window is open and noise is not nice. But maybe I'm been picky here.

Bed was small. Walls were thin. My first night the guy next door was talking loudly on the phone and I felt like I was part of the conversation. Shower water got warm, but not hot.

Location easy to find, follow the signs for Lidl. Lift available. Room had lots of space as was the whole building. Fittings were good quality. Breakfast had wide range of food available. Reception staff were helpful in suggesting places to visit. The Casa is a religious institution and so there are features which reflect this. Pleasant garden in which to relax.

There is a common area with a water dispenser, fridge, hot plates and vending machines, but it would be practical to include a kettle.

Room was simple but more spacious than I expected. Lots of how water in shower with great pressure. Location was convenient to supermarkets and historic part of town. Very quiet in the evening as convent is set back from main road. Good assortment of sweet and savoury for breakfast.

Breakfast was the strangest I've ever encountered. A staff member policed everything. One even had to ask for a plate, and she was not generous with amounts of food. Couldn't even see a bowl for the cereals. This experience seriously lessened my score.

Clean, quiet, with parking, not too far of a walk to the two mechanized ways to reach the top of the hill.

Not much at all really. We found the rooms to be typical of the type of accommodation and the setting is unique and rather special. We really liked it.

This place is a gem, perfect! easy to find, free parking, and walking is just 10 minutes from the escalators to the city centre, and has 2 supermarkets in front - Lidl and Tigre. The place is quiet, and very, very clean! Amazing toilet and the bed is not so great, spring mattress and not good pillows. Breakkie was good quality, best croissant we have in Italy.
