The host Marco is very kind, he allowed us to check-out at 8 pm. Thank you very much! Daniela, the lady who takes care of the apartment, is also very nice, she was very involved in giving us advice on places to visit, very good recommendations, thank you very much for the relaxing stay we had at Casa Rosada! The apartment is spacious, perfect for a family with 2 teenagers. Very clean, equipped with everything necessary, has 2 toilets, air conditioning in each room. Good location, close to the historic center, 10-15 minutes walk. As an advice for Marco, it is necessary to clean the air conditioning in the master bedroom, when it starts it has an unpleasant smell. Otherwise, everything was above expectations, it is a location that we recommend with all confidence!

The apartment is clean and very suitable for holiday by the sea, lots of space when you come from the beach. You can cook maybe some pasta - Lidl is not far away :). The owner lives in the same building and is very helpful. Alghero is safe, not boring in the evening, historical part and promenade are charming, but the location of the apartment is quiet though. Since this is an island, booking a car and visiting multiple beaches (Mugoni or Bombarde, Lu Bagna, Porto Ferro, Albanella or Ezzi Mannu, Argentiera) and some nearby cities (Bosa, Castelsardo) is a must (ideally opt. for zero liability to have no worries about potential damages). Although the parking is not included, you can park on the streets, and in high season the owner can you give tips for very near larger parking spots. You can also buy Alghero Ticket (www.algheroexperience.it) which enables you to visit the Neptun's Cave (reserve the entrance ideally in the morning, due to sun) and multiple museums for one price.

Everything was fine. Marco with his lovely son Carlos welcome us a gave the information. Marco is very kind host, app. is clean, nice, lokated near the centrum. Near is conad shopp, rent a car 50 meters.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town, which made exploring super easy. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, and communication with him was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend this place – we would definitely stay here again!

Totally worth to visit Casa Rosada! Perfect localisation, very close to city center and harbour. Big living room with balcony, two bathrooms, spacious bedrooms. Apartment fully equipment. Air conditioning in every room. Host very nice and helpful. Grazie Marco! ;)

It was August so returning from a day out after 8pm we found parking really difficult. Though that’s just Alghero we think.

Great apartment (well equipped , very big and very comfortable) and having Marco on hand to help was great. We had a flat tyre outside the apartment and when we struggled with the call to the hire company in Italian so made the call for us.

Nothing. Just to be aware that there was a bit of a smell from the drains in one of the bathrooms but apparently that is common in summer and is worse or better depending on wind direction so it was not their fault and there was not much our host could do about that beyond providing advice about the things to try to help.

The apartment was lovely. Spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds and we slept very well. Good air-conditioning and had a dishwasher and washing machine with drying rack for clothes on the balcony which was super. Kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle and lots of essentials. Very central location to supermarket and local restaurants and bars and while parking is tricky we always found somewhere. And only a short walk to the old town. We were able to drop off our bags and get the apartment key early as the previous guests had left. It was sparkling clean. Beach umbrellas which were great and some small beach toys which we didn't use but so good to have for kids. A very useful information manual was provided by our host Marco and his family with info on the services and things in the area as well as interesting places to visit. He was very kind and good to deal with.

Easy access via communication with Marco, the owner. The room was on the top, on the third floor, but there was an elevator. So, it was not a problem. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Marco was ready to help in anything, but everything was ok, so we did not need to have him for helping. Although the property does not offer parking slot, you can stop at the building for short time to put things in and out and you can find free of charge parking slot in the neighboring streets afterthen. I managed to park the car within 1-2 corners in the whole four-day staying. The location of the house is nice and close to the downtown that is some 10-minute walking distance.

Wonderful and very helpful host (Marco). Apartment with all equipment. Washing machine, dishwasher, and very nice balcony. When it comes to traveling from Ireland (less than 3 hours), you take a bus at the airport that costs 1.3 euros and in 30 minutes you are in the center of Alghero. The apartment is about 15 minutes on foot. A large grocery store is 3 minutes from the apartment, and the location of the apartment is great, close to the old town, restaurants and cafes around. On Sunday we had a plane to Ireland at 9pm and Marco (the host) had no problem with the late check out (around 5pm). Apartment very clean. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back to Casa Rosada. THANK YOU MARCO !!!!

Great apartment! Location is perfect, near the center. We were 4 people and the rooms and kitchen/living room were very confortable and spacious. It is also well equipped . Marco is super nice, he gave us some travel tips and was always available. Definitely recommend staying here

The apartment was spotlessly clean.Bed was really comfortable. The apartment was in a perfect location only a 10minute walk to Old Town Alghero. Marco was very friendly and welcoming and gave us a local guide for best restaurants and things to do while we stayed there. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

When the street cleaning happened early in the morning it was quiet noisy but this only happens once a month. Otherwise a fairly quiet road.

Very spacious for a one bedroom apartment. Very convenient for shops, supermarket and restaurants. We'll equipped including washing machine. Incredibly helpful host.

The only thing that would make the stay even more comfortable would be if a bottle of water and a carton of milk could be left in the fridge for guests arriving after 9pm.

This is a very spacious, spotlessly clean appartment in a very good location. It has a balcony that gets lovely evening sun. It's a 10 min walk to the old town and about 20 mins to the nearest beach. There are a few nice cafes and a very good pizzeria very close by. The supermarket is just 3mins up the street. The appartment would be ideal for 2 couples or a family as there are 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ( 1 with a bath) and a kitchen, living space in between. Marco is very helpful and accomodating and kindly allowed us to check out late as we had an evening flight.
