The internet was not good which is inconvenient. The hotel is located in a very high zone (like a hill) which makes it very hard to access. People with mobility issues or who just don't want to make great efforts to access their hotel should take this into consideration.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean. The breakfast was OK, and most of the staff were nice.

- Difficult to sleep at night as there was a loud celebration ongoing at the hotel. It's not something that we were angry or annoyed at, but it did effect our sleep unfortunately.

- The room was spotless, comfortable, accessible and was of great relief to us on our final night in Rome compared to other settings we had stayed in. - Staff at the front desk were very helpful, communicative, and were friendly. Very helpful and jovial and provided good explanations to everyone. - Easy check-in and check-out process. - Easy payments for city tax and dinner made at the front desk.

A bit of mould in the bathroom and 2 little and cute... cockroaches. I was in many better 2 star hotels so I had higher expectations from these 3 stars.

The location of the hotel is fine, it is in a quiet area, you can jump to the Vatican or take a train/bus, also it takes 40min by walk to reach other sites. Staff are polite and kind, they'll answer all of your questions and give you recommendations and instructions for whatever you need. Breakfast is decent, but considering that breakfast in Italy is mostly sweet, this one is outstanding; you can eat eggs, ham, cheese, and all kinds of fruits and pastries. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Though breakfast has fixed timings, the staff start cleaning and removing the stuff even 20 mins before and in case you want to do breakfast in the last 20 mins you have to end up eating not much just coffee and bread. The room doesn't have bathroom sleepers, body lotions etc and no water bottle on each day just on the first day. No hot water kettle, no coffee mugs, no coffee etc in the superior double room which is the basic in everything 3 star hotel. Quite disappointed with the room amenities 😞

Rooms are very nice and spacious, we booked the superior double room. The location is also very good just keep in mind that public transport is quite far from the location and you might have to walk around 10-15 mins because the hotel is in a hilly area.

The head shower wasn't really good.

The breakfast was wonderful, plenty to eat sweet and salty. Buffet all u can eat. The room was great with a balcony where I could see the Vatican. Air conditioning in a room with thermostat to adjust the temperature. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

The room was different as on the photos.(Actually there are multiple buildings.) The bathroom was under an unfinished renovation. The breakfast was good, but they didnt managed well / enough fast the refilling. The cleaning happening around 8:30 AM without DND, first time it was shocking. 😁

Location is excellent and the stuff is very friendly. The room was clean and big and quiet. There is a big parking lot before the buildings.

Great location! Excellent parking. Your neighbors are married couples and Christian believers. Very quiet and comfortable place. Parrots live in the garden.
