Perfect location for everything !! So quiet and peaceful. The building is stunning and apartment done out to high spec and good finish. Could do with more utensils and microwave in kitchen. Would definitely return ! Highly recommend .

The location was amazing. The beds really comfortable. The accommodation was very clean and to have someone come in and clean every day was a bonus. The help I received from the point of booking until departure was really appreciated. I would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful!!! Clean, location fabulous. Georgia was an amazing host who was so hospitable, was super responsive and an absolute delight.

Location was excellent - within a shopping centre - but still very quiet The host was waiting for us upon arrival to show us the apartment and hand over the keys. The place was huge. Had the all important kettle (a must for us Brits) and a coffee maker. Fridge was clean and working. Water, Cola, and Beer were made available at extremely reasonable prices. Beds comfy - both showers worked brilliantly.

The floor was dusty - but bearing in mind where we were, it's understandable as you are open to the elements of the shopping centre if you have your doors open. . Had a terrace which was nice, if a bit tired and dated (however, I think this is quite possible out of the owners hands as it was more to do with the actual building than the apartment) Only one pillow each (seems normal for Italy) BUIT as it was 3 bedroomed, we managed using the ones from the 3rd bedroom. Being very picky - could do with another sofa in the living room as if you all want to sit in - there isn't the room (unless you use the kitchen chairs)

The property is beautiful. Very old but exquisitely maintained. We had 4 of us and it was perfect

Nothing to dislike

Located in a beautiful building, the apartment was large and close to everything. The variety of cafes and shops in the building was a bonus.

The outdoor space would have been spectacular with a little TLC. You needed 20 cents every time you used the lift.

Location, space

Broken bed in one room. But no one was aware of this. Unfortunately, we had to sleep in it.

This property is misrepresented on Booking.com. The pictures of white sofa luxury has been replaced by a 2 seater sofa bed, being the only comfortable seating. The telephone number given by booking.com was unobtainable and the email didn't get replies or didn't exist. I spent hours trying to contact them, (and so did Booking.com customer service) before I arrived with no success. I thought I had been scammed until the property contacted me 36 hours before I arrived. One bed sank in the middle. The bedside lights had USB plugs so could be plugged in, The TV didn't work or wasn't tuned in. Kitchen pots were worn out or broken and one of the air condition units tripped the power when turned on. The patio was surrounded by dead plants. The owner, whoever they are, needs to give the place some TLC and Booking.com should not be advertising the property given they have incorrect details and outdated photographs.

It was in a fantastic position. Galleria Umberto is one of the most beautiful buildings in Naples and is right in the historic centre. There was plenty of water, beer and wine left at a modest price to save us having to carry it. This would be a wonderful apartment if only the owner took responsibility. We dealt with an agent throughout. She was good and provided a requested kettle the day after arrival .

Wonderful top floor apartment in the beautiful Galleria Umberto, the entrance is actually in the Galleria. Large apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay., inc air con.There's a lift to top floor that takes 3 people and at certain times you'll need a 20c piece to use it , but walking down really wasn't an issue and most of the times we used it it was free. The apartment is just across the road from Spanish Quarter with all it's wonderful bars and restaurants. we walked most places as it's just off Toldeo . Loved the apartment , the host and the area.

Location was phenomenal, inside the main galleria. We were shocked the first time we came in The apartment was clean, modernly furnished with a balcony and plenty of air conditioning(!) it was just great.

The very nice host made our stay enjoyable in an apartment with an extremely good location.

The location is good and they wait for our arrival around 10pm.

Very very dirty!!!!! Everything was so neglected and very nasty. There was garbage from previous customers in the garbage bin and on the floor very much dirt. The elevator it’s working only with 0,20€ and if you don’t have it’s hard way up or down especially with suitcases. If there was shared commend like this I will never book that property.

Cool location, very spacious apartment. Liked the balcony which was huge - the door to it was tricky to open but the owner who let us in showed us that before they left. the rooms were very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. loved the location - very safe. they had an old lift in the building that fits 2 people at most - the building is actually very pretty and this is a nice original feature. It was not a problem for us - we used the stairs as well as the lift since we are a family of 4 adults. you need to have some coins to operate the lift during business hours - they have a sign to explain that.

We had arranged to drop our bags early and were supposed to be met by someone to let us in. We ended up waiting for multiple hours impacting our plans for our short stay in the location. they have a property manager and it appears there can be communication issues with this person. Once we eventually got our keys we had no further issues.

no one there to meet us. I advised in March, 6-7 weeks before arrival of the time we were due to be there. on the morning we confirmed again. I also advised I would have no internet access.

Fabulous layout. Great location

Cleanliness of bathrooms. The shower leaked and one didn’t work properly. The balcony was dirty and untidy.
