Excellent location, nice staff. It allows to leave the luggage after check-out, which was very helpful.

Beds uncomfortable.

The staff on the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and very quiet. Breakfast had a great range of options, and everything was lovely. Location was excellent for access to the historic landmarks in Rome.

Very good location, near metro station, close to Vatican and historical center. The room was big and had a nice balcony. I liked the split bathroom, shower separated from the restroom. The personnel is amazing and I thank them all for their care, starting with the reception, kitchen and technical team.

Breakfast could have had more fresh vegetables, however the kitchen personnel made their best to make our breakfasts more enjoyable.

Not much choices for the breakfast. The cleaning and the fact that could keep the keys. Although is correct because of the weight, we felt the insufficient capacity of keys. Could be nice to apply some restorations, specifically in the bathroom. One last part is the fact that needs the extra keys if we keep after the midnight.

Great location, easy walk to the Vatican one way, the Spanish steps, Trevi and Pantheon, close to the underground for the Colesseum! Good size room, great breakfast and roof top deck, and a great in-house shop for drinks. Also a lift

Lovely staff, spotlessly clean, great breakfast. Perfect location for all the sights we were attending. Metro station round the corner and walking distance to the sights we want d to go to. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Shower room was a bit small but can’t be helped. It’s a very old building and I’m a big lass. Totally manageable with a squeeze!!

Great place in a great location. The stuff is friendly and helpful. I like the location, the facilities were great. You can relax in the common area, a various drinks were offered for the pay (decent prices).

We were in June, when it was very hot outside. The AC wasn’t working well enough to keep the rooms cool. When we asked the reception about it, they said it’s the central AC and we can’t control it. It was very hard to sleep in the hot room, tiring and exhausting, especially after being all day in the city in the heat. Other guests had the same problem. At least they could have provided fans for the rooms, it could have helped.

The location was great, and the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The bed third bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. There were springs in my back, and I couldn't sleep without putting another blanket over the existing sheets & blanket to sleep. Due to our early leave time, we didn't get to eat breakfast.

The location is great and lovely staff. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting rome . Great value for money

Decent breakfast with good coffee machine in breakfast room.

Air-conditioning didn't work, had to sleep with the balcony door open, much to the delight of the local mosquitoes 😒 No coffee facility in my room.

Location

The room assigned was not a room, but a monk's cell on the top floor. I was obligated to negotiate, pay 30 euros, and get an upgrade to a room with bathroom problems. The personnel were okay. But certainly it was not the room pictured on the site and as expected.

The staff was very helpful and warm, the room was spacious and clean, great location near the metro and plenty of shopping opportunities. While the facilities are not brand new, they are kept in excellent condition and are clean.

There was no restaurant, which was fine, since reception gave me a full list of nearby restaurants they recommended.
