Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great location, very close to the Value of Temples and Agrigento. Located on a calm small street, where you can easily park. The host was also very helpful. The room was very new and clean. You need a car to move around the area.

A bit of noise from the road close by.
The location is very close to the city center and the Temples valley. The room was big, clean and we had various facilicities to make our stay perfect. The garden wass amazing to enjoy a coffee and to relax. The host was very helpful and gave us the opportunity to self check-in, since we arrived later in the evening.

Awesome place. Owner is nice guy, he helped us with self check-in, because we check in late. He was helpfull with rest of stay and we met each other next day. Parking is not possible inside the property, inside it is just for motorbikes, but we left car right in front of property and for two days it was fine, neighborhood is calm. Place is close to main road, so with opened window it can be loud at night, but we have it closed so it was fine. Place is close to valley of temples and few minutes to turks and other great beaches more on west (recomend boco marina) close to agrigento. Room itself has everything what is needed, balcony, climatization, all towels, soaps and gels. Everything is clean and quit new. No problem with any insects. Room is in first floor above ground floor, so need go few steps up. Property has nice big garden with alot of furnitures sun and shadow places. Some sweets, kettel, tea etc. Big fridge in the hall. Big recommend from my side ;-)

Some milk for tea or coffee would be great, but other wise everything was perfect 😍
Lovely clean room and bathroom. We loved the balcony on our room. Alex the owner was very helpful and recommended a brilliant restaurant for dinner where we got to see the Valley of the Temples lit up at night. The food was amazing too.

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments. Everything was perfect. The apartments are brand new, with fresh renovations. Everything was very comfortable, from the pillows to the mattresses. There is also free parking available nearby. The host was very helpful and quick to assist with the check-in process and any additional questions I had. I really enjoyed my stay, everything was excellent.

Is isolated and not to many restaurants and stores around.
Is a good place close to Vialle dei Templi. Is clean, with two separate beds, also with coffee, tea, sweet breakfast, fridge.

The host is very helpful, friendly and speaks great English. The communication was flawless. Everything is new and taken care of at his villa. Easy access to Agrigento and Porto Empedocle, a charming village nearby.

We had a lovely but too short stay here. To reach the property, you need a car. The location is very close to the Valley of Temples. It has a beautiful garden with chairs, hammock and fresh oranges. If you want to spend some time away from the city, this is the place for you. The room was clean, and we slept like babies. Our host was very friendly and nice.

Nothing! A bit of advice. Don't miss the small road off the main road leading into the place, the owner is trying to get a better sign!
Great place to stay for a night or 2, everything was exceptional. New, clean, with a friendly helpful host and close to a shopping mall and local sights, as long as you had a car. Very satisfied. Very well priced!
