The room is sparce, there is no real seating except for the bed and one chair.

For us the location was perfect, we have two small dogs so it was nice to be out of the city and there was plenty of space to walk them. The breakfast was very nice and the view from the restaurant is incredible.

It’s old and dated. For a night or two it’s fine.

It’s convenient if you’re taking a cruise or driving to Rome Airport like we did. It’s got lots of free parking for guests. Just 67 KM to Rome Airport. The highway is close by.

Breakfast was bad for typical person from Europe, typical Italian breakfast with a lot of croissants and different coffee...and coffee was made by one barista and it took so long time for all guests. People who stayed with dogs, did not picked up after their dogs.

Brilliant swimming pool, mountain view to sea and silence around. Very spacious parking space. Domestic fox made my day...it was brilliant :).

Bugs.

Old fashioned place, a bit outdated. The food was very good, the rooms were ok, the pool was not clean, unable to use. I did have to remove a few bugs from our room, after that it was ok.

Toilet took an age to refill. Shower was very slow to drain. Hotel decor was tired in many places.

Quiet location, good views of Civitavecchia, easy access to town by car, friendly staff, ample parking, breakfast was nice as was the one evening meal we took in the restaurant.

It looks quite run down .. The staff is super nice but they don't have too nice of a property to work with .. It's not very appealing to the eye ..

The breakfast was ok .. It wasn't bad but Bookings.com makes it look beautiful while the 1st impression is a bit "dingy"

Signage/light at the gate in the dark would benefit from improvement.

Lovely staff, lovely rural setting. Arrived very late and messages and access clearly provided. Only problem was finding it - GPS was not accurate - sent us further up the road, and the entrance was not bright enough in the dark, so we missed it. Stayed for the day and used the wifi and staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Loved the small pool.

Last time we were here the restaurant was phenomenal with steak on a stone. This time, it was pretty awful. I hate to say it, but was totally disappointed. 14 years ago this was one of the best places we ate and the service was wonderful. The steak was top notch. This time it was overpriced and they did away with the steak on a stone. A big disappointment. I believe the chef is pretty new so the kinks need to be worked out. But they should do it soon, the staff seemed confused .

This is great stopover when driving from the Amalfi to Tuscany. We stayed here 14 years ago and thought we’d come back . It really is a great place and they have a lot to offer for the value. The staff in the station outside for snacks and beverages while hanging by the pool or outside was wonderful. That was a new edition and it was a great idea! The rooms are clean, and the AC works well. Nothing fancy but very comfortable.

Old fashioned room gave not good vibes, like dirty even it was clean. A lot of insect sound, and narrow road to drive to reach location, it can be not optional to drive in the evening.

Nice view to enjoy sunset. Close to port, if you are taking a cruise.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. We did have some language barrier issues but the front desk staff was very accommodating in helping us understand the restaurant menus. Food was absolutely delicious.

No safe in room.

Great.local Italian hotel. Friendly staff. Several speak English but majority have rudimentry English speaking skills. But have a very jovial attitude. Great restaurant.
