Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

This apartment is on the 7th floor in a block of flats 7 minutes from the bus and train station and 12 minutes from the city center. It is a private flat which consists of 2 private rooms (one with a private bathroom inside the room and another one with a bathroom outside the room). There is a large kitchen with a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, cooking table. There was also a coffee machine, the owner left us 4 capsulles for two days, however the machine did not worked properly all the time. We had a problem with central heating so we had to use a heating machine. We did the whole checkin online. We did not met the owner even he/she lives in the same building as he/she opened us the frontal door by distance. It felt quite impersonal. Anyway, the owner was available anytime by messages and responded very quickly! The price was very good and the flat was quite modern but we missed the feeling of hosting and humanity. However, we really recommend the staying here.

It's not really mentioned on the booking page that 2 separate rooms are rented in the same apartment. Which is strange to me because I never seen a thing like this before. So you share the same apartment with random people. I don't like this. What is also ridiculous is that while we were in the apartment about 6 people arrived around 10 AM and started cleaning and tearing apart the electric outlets without any advance notice...
The apartment is beautiful, the location and price is also good.

There is a coffee machine which we never used because there wasn’t any coffee.
The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. The living room and kitchen are spacious. The room that we stayed is practical and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is a little bit small. We enjoyed staying in the apartment.

The description was a little confusing. Should be more detailed about rooms in the apartment. There was a camera inside (in the kitchen). We had no issues with that, but it would be good to mention it in the description.
The whole apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped. Everything what you need during your stay. Nearby train station is an advantage. Host was very nice and helpful.

The building has no labels whatsoever so you can get confused. Happily, the owner actively communicated so we cleared things out (even with other issues later). Albeit only online and in Italian. The kitchen seems big and nice but is poorly equipped and not properly taken care of.
Near the train station in an authentic urban neighbourhood. Generally nice and big flat.

Very - very small bedroom with small window in the back building. Other apartments too noisy so the voices were intense in this bedroom only. Also too much uncomfortable that in this bedroom, it’s “private” bathroom was outside the bedroom.Only the big bedroom with the en-suite bathroom is worthy.

The host didn't show us the place, he told us to remove our plates from the kitchen (which he saw by using the cameras in the apartment) because other guests were arriving. That was a lie and there weren't other guests in the whole week. Also, when we arrived, most of the plates that were in the cupboards were dirty. And the ones that were in the dishwasher too. It also feels very weird knowing there are cameras in the kitchen. Also there were no trash bags, no cutting boards, no kitchen knife and no colander. The apartment is quite nice, but this feels like a soulless Airbnb the host decided to rent for a quick buck on the side.
The room was quite nice and had nice views. The location next to stazione centrale was practical. The heating works nicely, the apartment looks great in general and the price was quite cheap.

Everything was OK
Very good price-quality ratio, a modern apartment very suitable for a family to occupy the two bedrooms, modern kitchen equipped with everything you need, spacious modern living room, heated apartment, good location a few minutes from the train station and the main sights, super the host arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, helped us with our luggage after the check out time. I highly recommend.
