A little gem tucked away in a cute little town, Angera. The property was beautifully renovated by the owners Fabio and Giovanna. It's tastefully furnished and decorated and provides a sense of calm and relaxation. Thank you Fabio and Giovanna for accommodating our late check in/early check out needs, and for being great hosts: you made our short stay very memorable. I highly recommend this place!

a higher bed!

We were incredibly fortunate to stay at this wonderful boutique hotel and were absolutely delighted with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the exceptional host couple Giovanna and Fabio - you can immediately feel the passion and attention to detail with which this place is run. Our Deluxe Room was very comfortable, tastefully furnished, and lacked nothing. For elder people like us a higher bed would be more comfortable. A special highlight was the outstanding breakfast: a wide selection of fresh, high-quality produchts - beautifully presented and served with genuine warmth that made for the perfect start to the day. Dinner was another highlight. The cuisine(Fabio) was creative, locally inspired, and of a very high standard - every course was a delight! The cozy atmosphere and entire service made the experience truly complete.

A perfect and charming boutique hotel, with even more charming hosts. Everything is of the highest quality, with thought for the little details both in the room and in the food. The family and luxurious atmosphere gave us a very homely and embracing feeling. Amazing view of the Rocca di Angera castle and vineyards. The food is highly recommended, high quality and delicious with personalization for guests. In conclusion, we traveled mainly in the Dolomites and originally came here for a nice place to sleep before the flight back from Milan, but in the end, staying here became our favorite experience of the entire trip.

Location location location for us was key to this booking. Remote yet easy access to the local town and lakes. The hosts and welcome was exceptional the property clean and nicely furnished. The food is first class and we highly recommend Cascina Canée as the place to stay.

A unique ranch house, lovely hosts, who told us about their interesting life iin the area. Lovely and very comfortable room with a lot of character.. a beautiful landscape from the yard, the oner is a coock and the diner was very good . If I could wave a magic wand, I'd have a paved road instead of gravel for the last short part of the drive -- but that's the price you pay for the stunning. secluded location and so worth it. We were able to drive it in a small car with no difficulties.

The level of excellence in hospitality far exceeded our expectations. From communication beforehand to our final goodbye, every moment of our experience with Cascina Canee was impeccable. We had dinner at Cascina Canee our first night, and it was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I've ever had -- a beautiful evening with the most wonderful service. Breakfast didn't disappoint either -- all with a lovely view, too! It's clear that not only are Giovanna and Fabio very skilled at what they do with amazing attention to every detail, they also care deeply about providing a 5-star experience for their guests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cascina Canee - it's the standard by which all other B&B's should be measured. Thank you for an amazing visit!

Nothing really. Only small thing I might mention for people is that the road towards the B&B isn't paved an a bit rocky. But for us that wasn't a problem really.

What a lovely B&B with lovely owners. Would definitely recommend this to any of my friends and family. This place at Lago Maggiore is magic. You arrive in the silence of rural Italy between vineyards at a beautifully renovated old farm that is Cascina Canée. You are welcomed by Fabio and Giovanna who are the owners of this B&B and are very friendly people. The room is amazing, well decorated and equipped with everything you need: airconditioning, a machine for coffee and tea, a mini fridge and blowdryer. Everything is at your disposal. Then the surroundings, you have a beautiful view on the castle and you can even spot Lake Maggiore. I can assure you that the sunsets are amazing. They are even better with a homecooked meal by Fabio. For €39 you get 3 courses of truly amazing Italian food. We didn't stay for dinner once but twice. Also the breakfast is amazing: fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, eggs, cheese and charcuterie. Everything is there. You will get a fresh coffee, cappucino or tea with it and don't forget to try Fabio's delicious cakes, they are superb.

absolutely nothing!

This was our second stay at Casino Canée, and again the hospitality of Fabio and Giovanni was fantastic. The property itself is nicely located at the outskirts of Angera with a beautiful view of the the town with its castle and the lake behind it. The owners really make you feel at home. Next to a good breakfast, they offer two choices of a carefully prepared, home cooked diner that allows you to taste some good Italian cuisine at a reasonable pice. Enjoying a glas of wine and a good conversation with the other guests during sunset makes this stay one to repeat again on a next trip!

After my expectational good experiences I really not able to say nothing bad. :) Only the last 200m off road to the hotel is a little bit funny, but don`t care ! :) Take care only seasonally opened the Hotel.

Family founded hotel. They are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended to everybody who likes the country side locations. Very quiet in nature, nice view on the lake and the castle. Proffered to accept the dinner at place Italian specialties you will be satisfied. I will come back again for sure ! :)

Our group of six had an amazing stay at Cascina Canée, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Tucked away by Lake Maggiore, this village retreat is a captivating blend of hospitality and cuisine. From the start, Fabio and Giovanna, our gracious hosts, made us feel right at home. The three bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, each with its own en suite bathroom and private entrance. We enjoyed an exquisite dinner, and the breakfast is rich and delicious Recommended!

Fabio and Giovanna are very nice people. If you have questions about anything, you can ask them. The main part of the house is really great, our room was also very nice and quiet. You have a view to the castle, so it Is very nice to have a 🍺 , watch the view and just chill.
