Everything was perfect! Innocento is such a great person, Gracia as well. He picked us up from airport and also took as back on return even thought it was 3 am. Car rental from them went also flawless. Apartment itself is equiped with everything you need, had enough space, even an washingmachine and a fully equiped kitched. We had also view to the beach from the groundfloor and therefore also an direct door-acsess to nice yard and kidsplayground - what for us really important was. Really hope to come again sometime, all the best to Innocento and Gracia !

Sea at that part of the beach is filled with big rocks, so probably forget about comfortably swimming nearby but walk min. 200m along for being at least able to enjoy in shallow. Still beach itself is nice sandy. Waterpressure in the shower is really weak but I guess that is a common problem there.

The place is really good, the host is nice, they have sunbeds and umbrellas that we can use on the beach, the beach is at the doorstep, a short walk to the village and parking at the property.

- I gave the Case Playa a straight 10 - not really because of the facilities or comfort it provides, but because of the experience and location it offers. The owner (Innocenzo) and the employees were extremely helpful and friendly - wish we could communicate in other language than Italian & hand gestures :) - Innocenzo loves the place and takes great care about it. Sometimes it may be too much for him to handle with the other business, but he does his best and we had a great time also thanks to him ! - Great location, literally a few meters from the beach. Recommended for families - A superb pizzeria right at your feet (owned by the same owner) - There is a small playground for the kids next to the apartments. There are also a lot of toys and sunshades you can borrow for free. - Considering the price and value it offered to us, this accommodation was unbeatable - Innocenzo can provide bike, car rental as well as Airport transfer for reasonable prices

As mentioned, there indeed are things to work on: - The single bed was really uncomfortable. Last 5 days I slept with the mattress on the ground. - The shower head and hose was in a bad condition - The kitchen was equipped well for a few days, but for a longer stay (we stayed for 21 days) it was a little too less, so we bought some stuff and kept it there. - Having at least some level of English from the staff would be a gamechanger. I mean...there are a lot of tourists from outside Italy there, so I believe also for Innocenzo it would be a great benefit - at least some basics.

Location is perfect. Short walk in to the town, right in the beach. Owner is super helpful and so knowledgeable.

We were greeted in a very warm and friendly manner upon our arrival at the facility. All our needs were taken care of closely. Our apartment was large, spacious, quite adequate for our needs, and the terrace was enjoyable. The facility is located by the sea, with a long sandy beach. You can completely relax with its beautiful sea, view and feeling. Additionally, one of its most important features is that there is a family-run restaurant within the facility serving delicious pizza, pasta, mussels and seafood dishes. We had a nice holiday experience and were pleased with our stay.

The concept is nice – an apartment on the beach, but the surrounding is unpleasant. Right next to the apartment, there is a huge abandoned building that looks very bad. The view from the windows is directly into it. If you don't have a car, you are stuck, the patway to Balestrate by food is also unpleasant. It is not a critique to the host, but it is good to know. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the water is with large stones. If there are waves, you can't swim because you can't see if you will hit a stone. It is not critique to the host, also, but it is good to know. One of the rooms smelled of dampness, but there is also a living room, so the children slept on the pull-out couch.

Thank you. Nice, calm place. One detail, sand entrance to the sea is 70-80 metres on the left, or on the right after conor.

Great location near the sea, very welcoming host. Easy and fast Check-in and check-out.

Poor water pressure, there was no shampoo and shower gel

It was a very nice experience to stay in Balestrate again. Innocenzo and Grazia were very friendly. Their hospitality and the comfortable appartment with a beautiful view on the sea made our stay a perfect time. We will come back soon.

A nice plus would have been a dishwasher but that is cosmetics only…

The property is in a excelent location on a sandy beach. Only one kilometer to the city center. The owner's pizzeria is near by apartments but this did not prevent you from enjoying your vacation.

Nothing, everething was perfect!

The host was excellent and very helpful all the time, he picked us up at airport as agreed, handed us keys from the apartment, we also rented a car through him which was great. Host also addressed all our additional requests and was very helpful all the time. The apartment is literally 20 steps from the beach and right next to it is the restaurant owned by the same family, which had excellent menu, we used it almost every day. All in all I can highly recommend this place as its right next to the beach (public beach with free of charge entry and free sunbeds / umbrellas, which is definitely a plus), with close-by restaurant. The town centre of Balestrate with shops, bakery, supermarket etc. is bit further away so I would definitely recommend suggesting renting a car. Also, while the beach is sandy, the way into the sea is with rocks / stones, so not absolutely suitable for very small children unless you want to keep them in the small beach / sea pools right at the entry to the sea. So very good experience for us (three kids - 15/15/10 year old) and would recommend for anyone.

The location by the beach was certainly a plus an we had a second floor apartment facing the sea. The AC was definitely a requirement staying in the middle of heat wave. The adjacent restaurant was invaluable when we didn't want to go into town and there was parking right outside.

Not sure if we were given the most modern of apartments with some things needing updating. For example terrace door and blinds were not working and some of the draws were in disrepair. Could have needed some more power outlets and the water pressure in the kitchen was very low.

The apartments are located next to the beach, there is a nice Pizzeria attached and managed by the owner, the apartment are spacious and comfortable. The owner and the stuff were extremely helpful, supportive and friendly they even helped me to bring my soon to the doctor and accompanied me for some shopping the first day!
