Best location in Licata, literally overlooking the Duomo on Corso Vitorio Emanuelle. Very spacious aparment with two balconies, modern bathroom.and kitchenette. Facilities are new and clean. Bars and restaurants at its doorsteps. Overall, very pleasent and good value.

The positives outweigh the negatives.

The room was comfortable and clean. There is consistent hot water. There is good air conditioning, which is important in the summer months in Licata. The staff are gracious, helpful, and professional. Licata is a good town! This hotel is centrally located and in walking distance of a grocery store and pharmacies. Outside the hotel are coffee shops and restaurants.

the church is nearby so you will hear the bells, just keep in mind this is a nice extra dimension to the Italian experience :)

The owner was incredibly nice to me and my parents. They stayed for a week and enjoyed it thoroughly. The rooms were large and comfortable. Despite the noise outside at night, the rooms were quiet and comfortable,

The best beaches are a 15/20 minute drive but we knew that beforehand so had a hire car

Giancampo was a helpful guy , the cafe next door is good for breakfast & the church square has a very amicable vibe

Very large and comfortable room. Nicely designed kitchenette (hidden out of view when not in use). Nice/modern bathroom. Usable balcony.

There isn't a thing I would change about our trip.

The location is wonderful and convenient. The apartments are beautiful and very clean. The rooftop was an added bonus. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Licata.

The location is very central. You can walk everywhere. The flat is very charming, modern, clean and has everything you might need. Giampaolo was very kind to us. It's worth staying 2 nights.

The tv didn’t work well.

Location and size if the room. Huge studio apartment! We had been traveling for awhile so it was great that a washer was available for us to use.

Perfect combination of hotel room and apartment. Spacious room with comfortable bed and basic cooking facilities. Very nice roof terrace upstairs, and we appreciated the washing machine, since we are travelling Sicily for a month. Very friendly and helpful host!

Nothing. You have a key card to enter the building and room. it would have been good to have a spare so you could keep Aircon on if you were out. if the weather was very hot you need this. The roof terrace has good views but is a bit neglected sadly. end of season probably.

So central it’s possible to walk everywhere. Host helped us to find parking which reduced the stress. Smart very clean two bedroom flat with lift access. 2nd double is a sofa bed but just fine. kitchen and fridge allowed us a break from eating out for every meal. Gian Paulo was attentive. the flat has nice balconies overlooking a busy square. Church bells ring in the daytime hours. Roof terrace.

Giampaolo is an excellent host. The accommodations are clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. We could not ask for more as it is a great value. The location is central with many bars and restaurants. It was nice to have the rooftop terrace and washing machine. We will definitely return here on our next visit to Licata.
