Everything was good. We knew that the apartment was on the 4th floor (with no lift) so no suprises. The host Ciro even carried our bags up the stairs. He was also very helpful with information about restaurants, directions etc.

The entrance to the building and stairs were a bit dodgy.

Good communication with the staff, the room was quiet, clean and as described.

It is kind of noisy. Shower ran out of hot water. Also didn't realize the terrace would be shared with other guests.

The host was amazing, gave us recommendations and also provided water and helped us with our luggage. The bathroom was super clean and the room was big.

I knew that there is no elevator and apartment is on 4th floor, but stairs are realy high and it was not easy after all day walking. However it doesn’t affect to the general positive impression.

Great location. The host was really nice and gave us all the informations and reccomendations for sightseeing, where to eat, etc. Water and ice tea were provided in room fridge. Also coffee was available in shared kitchen. The room is big and simply, had everything we need and was very clean.

I knew about it being on the 4th floor without an elevator beforehand, so it was not a big deal, but this is the only drawback. We enjoyed our stay very much

I'd have liked an iron in the room - I didn't ask, but most probably Ciro would have got me one if I had. The locks are quite difficult to turn and surprisingly noisy. You don't hear your neighbours in their room, but you do hear them coming and going because of the locks. The shower has a fixed head. There was plenty of hot water, towels, etc., but, in the absence of a bidet, a spray attachment would have been helpful.

The location, literally round the corner from Università station, couldn't have been better. The room was big and simply, but adequately furnished: everything was new and very clean. Adjacent to the room was a kitchenette area, with all the essentials. I'd have preferred a microwave instead of the toaster oven, but the 2-burner stove was just fine. The roof terrace is large and having breakfast up there, with a view over the rooftops, was very pleasant indeed. I can't say enough good things about Ciro the apartment manager. He carried my bags up and down the stairs (there are many, but a lift is being installed soon in the building), was obligingly flexible with the timing of both my arrival and departure and was always available. He introduced me to the cantina outside the building where you can get a terrific workers' lunch: 2 courses and a glass of wine cost me just €7/- and it was excellent! The price was very reasonable indeed and absolutely worth it. Really excellent value. I would absolutely use the apartment again.

If you're tall, beware of bumping your head en-route up the many flights of stairs (which I may add, are not for the faint hearted!)

I already knew that it was on a 4th floor without elevator, but it has a lot of very steeped stairs per floor. If you're fit it's not much of a problem, but I would not recommend for less fit people or people with kids.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Although the state of the building is not great, the installations of the room are pretty new, and it's very well located.

The facility is in a great location, clean with all the accessories needed to function. We didn't make the most of it because it was a bit too cold for the terrace :) The only remark is the location on the 4th floor for us it was not a problem, but for people with a weaker than average condition or with children it can be a challenge :)

Fascinating building in a perfect central location. Wonderful views from the roof. Ciro is an excellent host, welcoming, very helpful and kind. Lots of stairs to go up but completely worth it for the views (and good exercise). Good value, comfortable and practical.

Room was spacious and very clean and the amenities were great. The owner was incredibly generous and helpful. He gave us great recommendations, helped us with laundry, and was very flexible with check in and out timings. I would 100% recommend staying here.

The room was situated at the 5th floor (with no elevator but this is something we knew about and acknowledged) next to the kitchen and terrace which is a common area for other guests. The other guests were extremely impolite trying to get over us during midday and also after midnight using the terrace without any rule of common sense and making noise, happily we got the support of the owner. But after that we couldn’t sleep again.

I liked the location - very central and easy to reach by foot the harbor, the city center, Spanish Quarters. Ciro, the host, was very welcoming and responsive even after midnight.

We really enjoy our room! Super clean, everyday Ciro was preparing the room like it's our first day! The location is 100metras from Metro station " Universitata" and all the city facility's are in the area, so you can just spend your day in walking and exploring the Naples.

Nothing, fantastic little find!

Host was lovely, carried our luggage up 4 flights of stairs in ridiculous heat...they are getting a lift soon!! Our room was beautiful. Clean, fresh and huge. Even a cute balcony. Well air conditioned. Great location next to Metro and Port.

The sole drawback is the need to ascend four flights of stairs, which can be challenging due to the exceptionally high ceilings. We would not recommend this option for older individuals. However, it's worth noting that there's a silver lining on the horizon: an elevator installation is scheduled for the upcoming months, much to the delight of everyone residing in the condominium.

Wonderful Setting: The location couldn't have been better. The host was exceptionally welcoming, providing us with a wealth of information and excellent recommendations for exploring the area and dining options. We were pleasantly surprised to find water waiting for us in the room's fridge. Additionally, the shared kitchen offered a convenient coffee station. The room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we required, and it was impeccably clean throughout our stay.

The building has no elevator and even the owner warned us before, after all day wondering around the stairs werent easy. But a little exercise doesnt hurt 😉

The room was clean, had everything we need and more... The owner is super friendly and always available. We had even coffee and some food at our disposal. The location is ok, near all points of interests.

The booking website is vey confusing. We thought we had booked an apartment with kitchenette and a view. Instead, the ‘private room’ is very basic, chipboard covers an hole in the wall and facilities were limited. It was functional to stay but not what we were expecting. Make sure you know what you are booking.

The host, Ciro was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very basic but the bed was comfortable and the shower was reasonable.
