This is a small studio in Pero (Milanese suburb), and it is most convinient for a several days' visit. The subway station is 3-minute walk from the apartment, and you are in the center of Milano in 25 min. The apartment is in a very quiet residential area, there was no problem to park a car in the street nearby. The apartment itself is clean, cosy and features a lot of small details to make your stay nice and comfortable. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and a balcony. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

The house is super cute and organized, she has a lot of essentials ready to use. Check-in is super easy and the metro is less than 5 minutes away

Cleaniless, price, location and the facilities provided in the apartment exceeded my expectations. I stayed in many hotels around the big cities like Munich, Paris, Berlin, Prague, Bolognia, Rome, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Vienna and this was the best.

United KingdomThe electric iron needs replacing & the kettle doesn't switch itself off; both easily fixed & it's likely the host hasn't been made aware. Other than the point about the bed, which as I say, is inevitable given the environment, that's it.
The host's communications were very good; all questions answered. A large document is provided which tells you all you need to know about the property & the area it's in. I was a little worried about leaving the car parked on the street, as Milan has a reputation for cars with foreign numberplates being broken into, but there were no issues, €2.40 per day, (use the EasyPark app). In fact, Pero is very quiet indeed with an excellent pizza restaurant less than 5 minutes away, local shops & a large supermarket nearby. The Metro station is a few minutes 'round the corner & the city centre around 30 minutes away with very regular trains. A lovely, clean, little apartment with everything we needed, including air conditioning, TV with Nexflix, well-stocked kitchen implements & a washing machine! It's really nit-picking, but the bed is a convertible sofa which, when extended, isn't the most comfortable, but this is inevitable given the size & nature of the property. Also worth noting is that Pero is outside the ZTL, so if you're travelling by non-compliant car, you don’t have the timing restrictions imposed. Also very handy for the Museo Alfa Romeo in Arese, (4 hours-worth of wonderful cars!), & of course Monza racing circuit. We stopped off here on the way to Garda, which is about 90 minutes away; a great way to break up the journey.

Indiawhen we visited this facility, full fledged construction work was going on. tile breaker machine hammering noise was unbearable. when we communicated with host, he agreed that he didn't communicate correctly regarding this construction work with us and he will give us refund through our account. later when we communicated our account number for refund, he is not responding. host is fraud, please don't spoil your vacation by visiting this facility. very bad experience. not recommended at all.
