Location is fantastic, kitchen is really well equipped, plenty of space in the rooms. Locals are also incredibly kind

Rooms get fairly hot but windows open wide

Location, spacious and clean rooms, parking next to the entrance.

Opening the door with the phone did not work for us. We had to contact the owners and they were kind to arrive and give us a physical key. During the night the fire alarm went off without there being a fire, which of course didn’t allow for a quiet night. An employee came to check on the alarm and found nothing that would explain setting it off.

The location was great and price - reasonable for that time of year and area. All check-in was done online and upon arrival we could head straight for the room, which was neat and comfy. Amenities are in order and kitchens are on every floor, fully equipped - big thumbs up.

Check-in procedure and virtual keys are done via a website, which wasn't always straightforward. There were some noisy students in the kitchen all evening, apparently they stay long-term?.. Anyway, it was possible to just go to another floor. No big issue. Bathroom could use a lock.

Nice private room for the special price I got. Location reasonable though a bit of a walk to train station.

Manager is nice but often not around personally. The whole place felt like an unsupervised dormitory with all the hallways kept dark unless you turned on the time-limited light switch. People talking in the kitchen(?) or somewhere else on the floor could be heard easily which was annoying, as well as the kids playing games outside from my side of the building.

Perfect place. Beautiful views. Quiet. There's a large kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Super nice and helpful owner. A lot of hiking trails everywhere you turn just 5-10 minutes away.

Great location, easy straightforward check-in/-out, perfect for a group of good friends.

Couldn't find the laundry service, or how it supposed to work.

Everything about this place was amazing. It only seems an hostel but it's more like a hotel...or at least it feels like it. The room was huge - they gave me a triple even if I booked a single room (probably because there were few people in the hostel). The bathroom was also very nice, spacious and clean. The girl at the reception was really kind and helpfull and she gave me great tips about the city and the surroundings.

Lack of heating (there was unfortunately a problem with the system that I hope next time would be solved)
