How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is in the industrial area so you have to walk a bit to get to the center.
Hotel is a bit old fashioned but the rooms are quite big and comfortable. Breakfast is also ok.

We had a problem because the girl from the reception didn't told us that the hotel door is closing after 12:00 in the night (you can get out but you can't enter in the hotel). We had the luck to find someone from the staff at the exit of the kitchen and we could get in. This should be done different since people can come late to do the check-in. Maybe a smart lock with a card at the entrance of the hotel so you can enter and exit on the night time if you want
Nice hotel, clean and the breakfast was ok.

Everything is little bit old. Pool was dirty and didn’t want to go to swim there. It’s on a random place , but you can find some places around for a dinner.
Nice big room, they changed our room for bigger one as we had a kid with us. Breakfast was good and included.

The bed was magnificent, the room was spacious, welcoming, warm and cosy. A nice breakfast with a nice welcoming smile waiting at the entrance of the breakfast venue.
I stay in Monselice often and I tend to lodge downtown in order to have easy access to the railway station and the venues that I come to visit. Therefore the BDH for me is of no easy access on foot. Having said that, I found staying at the BDH very convenient and comfortable on this occasion. A very nice place and great alternative to the lodges that I normally use. I will certainly consider it in the future.

You couldn’t eat your own food and drink in the rooms - not a deal breaker, but not ideal in the intense summer heat.
This lovely hotel is a short walk from the centre of Monselice. We used it as an ideal base to explore the Veneto region. The staff were lovely - very friendly and personable. Meals in the restaurant were delicious, with reasonable prices for the portions and quality. The bar is manned by the same staff at reception, and was always available whenever we needed a drink. The staff happily sorted any of our requests and all spoke impeccable English. Reception was always open, and easily facilitated our 11PM arrival. Our room was clean and huge, with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel with a view of the pool. It had great air conditioning in the midst of the European heatwave! The room was impressively quiet considering the noise of the cicadas in the trees! We got the train to Monselice, and the hotel is a ~20 minute walk from the station. The town itself is sleepy and quiet, though everything you might need - a pharmacy, a supermarket - can be found close to the hotel. This is manageable, though arriving in a car - they had plenty of parking - would have allowed us more freedom to explore some of the town, especially in the heat. Thank you to everyone at the Blue Dream Hotel - we felt incredibly welcome and loved our time in Monselice!

Bland room, no pictures. Poor on sockets, eg to use electronics at desk have to unplug TV. Torn curtains. Excessive charge for dog at EUR 20 per night. Food at dinner disappointing on quality and one dish that was ordered did not appear. Yoghurt and milk at breakfast both empty, despite 2 staff on duty and fewer than 6 guests in the dining room. View from dining room is of dirty pool - needs a clean or a cover! Walk into town is along busy main roads

I was visiting Monselice i december. It was over all a bit cold in the hotel, but the breakfast room was very hot. Some lights in corridors and parking didn't work.
Near to everything. Easy to find and free parking.
