During my last two days in Room 102, the toilet was leaking, and unfortunately, nothing was done to fix it

I really enjoyed the accommodations. I was traveling solo and felt that the area was safe. It was also my birthday during my stay, and when I mentioned it, the staff decorated my room and gave me a bottle of prosecco, which made it extra special. The check-in instructions were also clear and easy to follow.

The safe was not working but the staff (Giusy) was able to give us the key to make it work. Over head shower didn't work properly so relied on the hand held shower wand. Noise level from street below at night was loud.

The free continental breakfast was a nice touch for the first morning. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive to our needs. They were quick to respond to fix the few items that were lacking.

Only two of 5 heaters in the sauna worked so temp was max 55 Celsius after more than half an hour of heating. The staff was friendly and helpful although the knowledge of english might be better. Windows are close to the other building so no sunlight ( that is common in that part of the Naples and i was aware of that before making the reservation).

Nice mini apartment with jacuzzi and Finnish sauna.Excellent location for shopping and sightseeing.

There was nothing I did not like.

This suite with sauna and shower was super clean and fresh. I am a little picky when it comes to public saunas and it was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. Great location for restaurants, shops and transportation.

The property was bright, comfortable and clean. We were greeted with an array of fruit in the evening and a very copious breakfast every morning. Our hosts were very gracious!

Gorgeous room! Perfect location right on the street with loads of shops, bars and restaurants! Salvatore the host was so nice and really helpful. There was a concert on so we just parked in the big multi storey and it was a 5 min walk if that with our cases! Concert on but with windows shut couldn’t hear a thing outside even when it was busy! 100% recommend! It was so easy to check in and out too

The location of these rooms are the best; Just on a pedestrian. the host very friendly and helpful, if you have a car there is a parking very close to the room and the offer a special price per day for the guests. Absolutely lovely! Best place in Naples.

Nice apartment in Napoli. Napoli is a crazy city, and you don't want to stay exactly downtown. this apartment is a great location, near many bars and restaurants, stores, etc. You can grab a rental electric bike and go downtown if you want. The apartment is on a much better and safer area to stay than in center Napoli, and still close to everything. There is a indicated parking nearby for 30 euros a day.

Perfect location right in the middle of the shopping district with loads of lovely restaurants nearby too. The staff were excellent, Salvatore gave us a recommendation for a great restaurant the first night we arrived that was only a few minutes walk from the hotel. We had a lovely breakfast included in our stay too that we got in the cafe across the road. Considering our room also had a hot tub and sauna it was amazing value for money. We would definitely stay here if we visited Naples again!

Great location in a perfect area of town. Salvatore and his colleagues were very helpful and friendly and we could leave our luggage after we had checked out. Great communication and they also helped us book a taxi. The room itself was very well furnished and the bed was so comfortable!! Grazie mille!

It was a little noisy in the early morning with a bin lorry passing and barking dogs on the street but I suppose that is to be expected in central Naples! We were also not given enough toilet roll, we had less than a roll for one night between two of us so we run out.

We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived and the room was super modern with a very comfortable bed. The hotel staff were also very friendly and arranged transport to the hotel from Ravello for us and then to the airport and the train station today which made our journeys stress free. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Chiaia district of Naples. It is surrounded by an array of restaurants and bars and many nice shops. Having stayed at the other end of Naples in Centro Storico at the start of our Amalfi Coast trip I would say that this area of Naples is much nicer.

Adelaide was amazing! She walked us through all the details. Very polite, kind and caring. She helped us with all our questions and booked us a taxi for 3am and made sure it’s confirmed.
