The only reason I gave one 9 and all others were 10, is because some rooms (including mine) do require lifting luggage up some steps (not a full flight of steps).

The location is amazing, very central, a short taxi ride from the airport and a short walk to the train.

The triple room is like a cave, dark, with no natural light (the window is covered by another building). The lamps in the room are not strong enough to make good light. Depressing.

Overall the experience didn’t match the price. We could hear a lot of noise from outside and neighboring rooms, which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast room was also too small, with not enough tables for all the guests. For the price, we expected a more comfortable and well-equipped stay.

The location was great and the staff were amazing. Very pleasant and helpful-particularly the young lady who checked us out in the morning-I’m sorry I don’t know her name-she went to a lot of trouble to get taxis for us, helped us to the pick-up point and was so cheerful. Thank you!

Nothing to do with the hotel. The folks in Olbia are a pretty lively bunch. Young and energetic, so at least when we there, the party is going on in the street until 2-3AM, so the music is loud. If that's what your after, you'll love it, if not, it will certainly keep you awake.

The room was small (as expected), but not really an issue as I was out most of the day anyway. It might have been a temporary restriction, but when I was there, it wasn't possible for tour companies to pick up from the hotel. It didn't cause any issues - I just had to walk a few minutes to an alternative site - but just something to bear in mind.

Great location - on the main street so you can reach restaurants and shops within seconds, but it's still not noisy overnight. Easy to get to the two churches and the waterfront, and only about 6-7 minutes to walk to a bus stop that takes you to the nearby beaches or the airport. Lovely A/C in the reception and room, which you'll need during a heat wave! I appreciated the fridge, coffee machine and biscuits! The staff let me leave my bags there when I arrived early and messaged me as soon as my room was ready, which was really helpful. Breakfast was not extensive, but definitely sufficient. The scrambled egg was delicious!

Not accessible by car/no parking, you have to get a taxi to a certain point then a small walk up the street but not a big deal!

The value for money and the location and friendly staff were all so good! Would definitely like to go back again. We stayed here one night after our flight and it was ideal but could spend another couple of nights here easily! There are loads of bars and restaurants and shops right next to the hotel. We had a cute balcony overlooking the bustling street which was lovely. So clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were so so helpful, one chap even ordered us a taxi and walked us round the corner to meet it so we didn't get lost!
