The venue with the botanical garden and luxurious vegetation and the large beautiful swimming pool in a relaxing environment. The breakfast was excellent with different types of bread homemade cakes, fresh fruits, eggs… a large variety! The staff was kind and welcoming, a special bonus to Pauliana.

Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear people walking or talking very often from the hall, from bathroom you can hear other guests too.

Location, environment, helpful staff, food is very nice, fruit and jams from their garden, everything is very peaceful, clean and even the hotel, garden smells amazing.

The pool was nice, but some Swedes occupied the sunbeds most of the time and used the pool way after the closing time. The first room we got had a bad smell, fortunately we got a new and much better room after our complaint - thank you!

I don’t rave about many places but this hotel is exceptional! Rooms are clean, comfortable, beautifully situated around a beautiful garden with a pool. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of choices, fresh and delicious. The location is ideal, at one of the nicest beaches on the island and excellent restaurants nearby. We will be back!

This is not about the property and services, it s more about a friendly warning for future guests: if you are planning a quiet vacation, you need to be prepared to experience living with room neighbors with screaming kids and/or barking dogs.

Amazing hotel, the garden and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast very tasty and diverse. The stuff was nice and friendly, very professional.

The property is beautiful with a splendid botanical garden at its feet. The staff were very friendly, the whole hotel was cozy and homey. They have concerts in the evening and even pool parties, ping-pong and a lot of sunbeds. The room was cozy and clean, the terrace had a clothes drier which came really in handy.

There's not a lot of choice for dining out, but that is not a big problem as long as you have a car.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. The location is very close to the sea and has a beautiful garden/pool.

A real little paradise on earth. Beautiful place, charming garden. Really unique accommodation, we enjoyed every minute. Nearby beach, tennis and table tennis court, swimming pool. Everything you need for rest and relaxation. If you go there, don't miss the sunset from the point on the beach. Very nice staff, especially Josephine, who was very kind throughout our stay.

Hôtel was great, but drive from ferry was rather stressful due to narrow roads, blind turns, tour buses, bikes, etc.

Hotel is in a beautiful location, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. It is family run, and the owners really care about making sure their guests have a wonderful stay. The team are also very kind and helpful. The hotel is set within a pretty garden with a lovely pool. The rooms are very comfortable, and the buffet breakfast is extensive.

Loved it, very welcoming, with very friendly staff. Most beautiful gardens I have ever seen in a hotel context. The whole property has been treated with great care. Also, the breakfast was elaborate, delicious, with plenty of selection. It made for a great start to the day.

It was a shame the hotels restaurant has now closed & only offers a few basic options for dinner. Lovely buffet breakfast but no lunch offered & bar only opens at 5.30pm. You can walk down the hill ( & then return up ) to visit a few restaurants & bars . Coffee machine at breakfast served the worse coffee we have tasted & you had to queue ages for it !

I liked everything, but I've to highlight the service we got here. The stuff was super friendly and super helpful in each single thing. For the breakfast there were plenty of sweets as Italian usually have, but as well the salty one, plus something free from allergens. And I can't forget to mention the amazing gardin. A real relax zone.

Balcony / terrace with room didn't offer much privacy since it was next to a 'public' path, show cabine was very small with little space to move
