You don't actually have the whole place for yourself. You get the upper floor apartment, whereas below you are other guests. The garden with the view you see in the photos is actually shared - the description on Booking.com should be more transparent about that fact.

Fabulous view and a great host. Took the effort to translate everything to my language and was super responsive. Apartment is large and very well equipped. There was a pile of cakes and biscuits waiting for us. Not exactly a continental breakfast, but nice nevertheless. Good parking right next to the house. Clean bathrooms.

Due to the road works access was restricted to coming and going in one direction. Realistically, you need a car rental, otherwise would be quite isolated. You also need to be comfortable driving on the narrow twisty roads, which I was and we had zero problems.

The most amazing view across the plain with Vesuvius backdrop as your skyline. The home was in really good condition and very, very clean. We absolutely loved staying here. Beds and linen were very comfy, and the bathroom facilities excellent. If you like driving to sight see, then this property is well positioned for Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. We had dry sunny weather all week, and at this time of year (March) visitor numbers are lower at all the above making it ideal for parking and accessing each place.

The direct access road is still closed, requiring a substantial detour to reach the place. Short on large bath towels.

Spacious apartment, clean and well maintained, in quiet location with fantastic view of Vesuv. The kitchen is very well equipped and stocked, including supplies for breakfast. Even slippers and bathrobes were provided! Owner was very helpful and responsive.

Garden downstairs is shared as there is another b&b (thought the whole place would be ours, maybe i misread) Kitchen is quite small to properly cook, it would be great to have it re-done. Dishwasher would have been great too :)

Stunning view over the vesuvio. Stayed over there for one week. Enough space to relax after being out visiting the amalfi coast all day. Useful to have a drink and food "bar" at home, if you need anything you can purchase from home. Car needed to go around terasse is big enough with comfy chaise longues

The road to the house was closed and created a challenge for accessing the property. Directions provided by the host were not completely clear. However once we arrived we were in heaven!

the location utterly amazing, the views are stunning, the villa has everything you need and the host had left us fresh strawberries in the fridge as well as having a shop on site for things you might need. The beds are comfortable , easy parking not from the shops .

Distance from town was greater than we thought. Maps are a little misleading, also the last bus up to this location was at 7.30pm. Buses are also very unreliable, but that's not the property's fault. Just be prepared to use taxi or hire a car if you brave enough to drive in Italy! Some privacy screen would have been great for a single bed that is in the front room. Boiler a little temperamental. Would have appreciated some fresh bread and butter for breakfast, but kids loved the cake!

Fantastic stay. Beautiful quiet location, very comfortable and clean, property larger than it looks, some basic grocery supplies and house wine, beer available to purchase at the property and reasonably priced, nice selection of ninnles for breakfast and well equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful host who doesn't try to rip you off and has given us a lift to town and back a couple of times. The owner was speedy to respond on the messenger. Thank you very much. Just in case listing isn't quite clear - you get 2 double bedrooms with a large double bed and private bathroom in each and a single bed that is in front room. We couldn't quite work this out from the original listing. The property is not shared with anyone else but the garden is.

As a family of five we had loads of space. Came by car, quite last minute, but everything was perfect. The reviews about steep access roads almost put me off, but they are exaggerated; nothing a fiat panda with five people couldn’t easily take 😁 Private parking spot. And great description how to get to the house. We ate oranges from the garden. Nice restaurants close by and do not forget to walk up to the castle!

The property was amazing but I should have rented a car because walking up the hill to lettere centre is a very hard hike especially in hot weather . But apart from That everything was great . Ciro the owner very helpful 👍

The view was absolutely amazing! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good, including many bottles of mineral water, the location was very quite and relaxing and the host was so nice :) It wasn't so easy finding the place the first time we arrived, the host sent us specific directions but we arrived from the a different direction :), but after a few minutes we found it, so make sure you arrive on daylight. Other than that it was perfect!

The kitchen would need some slight improvments to be perfect. (Shelves and more plugs) It was not an issue for us but some would be incomfortable with the road access, which is narrow and steep.
