But we thank you because you give us the opportunity to write what you had the courage to do: - you have booked an apartment for 3 nights for 2 people - after a few days, you realized that we did not accept animals in the apartment you had chosen and you asked us to help you find a solution because otherwise you would have lost your money - to avoid losing your money and allow you to stay anyway, we proposed a change of apartment by sending you photos and details of the new apartment (the booking.com operator had told us that we could easily keep the money and avoid doing all that, but nevertheless we did it because we wanted to help you) - you liked the new solution and thanked us for our availability, also because to let you stay in the new apartment we moved another family in your original apartment - on the day of check-in, although our arrival times are very clear, you told us that you would arrive after 9pm... and again, to find a solution and not leave you out at night, we organized ourselves to let you enter the apartment even without our presence - the following morning when we got in touch with you to come and collect the tourist tax, the deposit and the extra for the presence of the dog, we discovered that instead of sleeping in 2 people, you slept in 4 people and that above all you had run away, abandoning the apartment - you started writing us offensive messages and refused to provide the documents of the other 2 people and to pay what was still owed - at this point, seeing your incorrect behavior and seeing that even the booking.com operators were unable to communicate with you anymore, we had to file a complaint against you. Now reading that you have the courage to criticize our structure, seems truly out of place to us and we hope that our complaint about your behavior also made to the booking.com legal department will soon lead to measures being taken against you
