You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ColombiaWe had a wonderful stay at Ciasa Lorenzo! The property was extremely clean and very cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. The staff was incredibly kind and always helpful, which made the experience even better. The location is also excellent – it was very easy to drive from there to many beautiful spots in the Dolomites. I would highly recommend Ciasa Lorenzo to anyone visiting the area!

BelgiumThe apartment is very well positioned - close to the main road to Cortina. We had all the necessary comfort during our stay - the host always available but discreet, and the apartment with well dressed equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a garage spot to park the car. It also has some outdoor seating area on both sides of the flat. A great departure point for a full spectrum of Dolomites adventures !

Amazing location within Dolomite. Nice ratio between price and service. Very communicative accommodation provider. Spacious rooms. Clean rooms. Parking place in the garage. Terrace in front of the accommodation provides privacy and peace.

The place is incredibly cosy and immediately made us feel at home, but with a much more beautiful view! 😊 What really made the experience stand out was the host. So friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. Even though we ran into a couple of small issues during our stay, the host was super quick and efficient in resolving them, which we really appreciated. It’s the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and homely stay with that extra touch of hospitality!

HungaryIt was a bit cold but the heating was operated centrally and the weather was worse than usual at this time of the year. But we had a working fireplace which created a warm cosy atmosphere.
Everything was quite new, the bed and pillow was very comfortable. During our road trip I could sleep here in the best quality. The kitchen was well equipped, maybe a microwave oven would be a nice addition.
