Internet and amenities can be improved

The location of the apartment is amazing. You can see the canal from the main room, the communication with the host was really clear and fast.

Aircons were not great, and it was very hot and humid when we were there. We struggled to find the place, and needed to phone twice to find right location. Hostess was helpfull, and we got there eventually.

No hot water. We told apartment but wasn’t fixed. Given how hot it was it wasn’t a disaster.

Spacious bedrooms. All necessary facilities ie washing machine, fridge, cooking etc. Air-conditioning was fantastic given how hot Venice was.

There is A LOT of noise from the canals at night. Also, it was a bit chilly - could have done with additional blankets. The shower head was broken - it isn’t attached to the wall. Could have done with a sofa in the same room as the tv.

It was in a central location and it was really clean and tidy. Had good facilities and check in was easy.

The photos shown are not what you receive and the property maintained with a dismal standard. We had booked the property for two nights where 4 of us arrived on day 1, and other two arrived a day later, and rather late. During the first night, my family left the property and basically didn’t cook anythink. During the second night, when we arrived, we tried to cook, but the stove, owen or dishwasher were not working. The walls were dirty, the lights were broken, so were the walls. The sofabed was not made for sleeping. The matress was in a dismal state and dirty. Since I got there late at night, and even later than that we tried to cook and sleep, we wrote them the day after(Day of our departure.) About the apartment. This is what we wrote them on whatsapp: ‘Hi, I would like to say some words about this apartment: The location of the apartment is really nice, however this apartment is very low quality maintained; 1.The washing machine does not work. 2.The dishwasher does not work. 3.The stove needs matches. It’s flasher does not work, hence can not be used unless someone has matches! 4.Part of the hood above the stove is loosened, extremely filthy and absolutely unusable. 5.The walls are damaged, dirty and discolored, but not corrected. 6.The sofa bed is very bad, uncomfortable and should not be considered a place to sleep for 1-2x persons. You’d be basically sleeping on the sofa mattress’ springs and it hurts your back. 6. The bedside tables are loosened and coming off the wall. 7. Some electrical sockets are broken and pushed in, but not fixed. We had not cooked till this morning. The apartment is definately not what was shown on the photos. The only thing that matches the photos is the TV set and kitchen photo. Otherwise, this has been absolutely a sham and we feel cheated. We are not happy at all and, we wanted to let you know in advance prior to leaving our experience on booking app.

The location is central yet in a calm neighbourhood. The communication with the management is swift and they were helpful with adjusting the tourist tax, when we mentioned two of us are arriving in a later day. For that reason, the calculated tourist tax was lower.

No Kettle! Questioned couple of times to staff, face to face and by message and the reply was “use a pan to boil water” Not impressed, I’m not camping and for the price I’ve paid, I expect full service. Unfortunately apartment was smelling of dampness/sewage, I think might have drainage problem. It wasn’t summer season to blame the canals. Outside of the apartment didn’t smell.

Modern, clean property. Great view from bedroom. Lovely to have balcony. Quiet area. close to supermarket.

No hand soap or washing up liquid provided, no plug beside one of the twin beds, couldn't get kitchen light to work, beds were not of the best quality, and only 1 bathroom for 5 people. HOWEVER I think these are very minor things considering this property was great value for money!

The location was lovely - because it is at the end of a route next to the canal, there is no footfall other than us and whomever else in the same building. The apartment was much bigger than we were expecting, perfect for 5 or 6 people without stepping on each other's toes!

We booked for 6 ppl but when arrive only 4 beds are ready the sofa bed for remaining 2 ppl is not prepared and the sheets are dirty. Not quite sure if its normal for us to make our beds here. No pillows/comforter for ppl sleeping on sofa bed. Overall the accomodation is suitable for 4 ppl instead of 6.
